  1. X-Plane 10.30+ Savoia S.21 Porco Rosso

X-Plane 10.30+ Savoia S.21 Porco Rosso. The Savoia S21 is a fictional seaplane fighter that appears in the anime film Porco Rosso, directed by Hayao Miyazaki. While the plane depicted in the film never existed, Savoia was an actual Italian aircraft maker which produced a considerable number of flying boats in the 1920s, during which the film is set. The S.21 was a custom-built fighter seaplane with a single parasol wing, above which was mounted a single engine nacelle. It had a flying-boat hull and outrigger floats, and carried two machine guns in the nose. Includes highly detailed interior and exterior. This is an update of an earlier version SAVOIAS21.ZIP. 2. X-Plane 10.30+ Shavrov Sh-2

X-Plane 10.30+ Shavrov Sh-2. The Shavrov Sh2 was a 1930s amphibian design and the first Soviet mass produced flying boat. The small, wooden aircraft was a further development of the Sh-1, with a more powerful engine and increased size. The Sh-2 could carry two crew members as well as one passenger and during wintertime, the aircraft could be equipped with skis. The small lower wing served as attachment for the stabilizing floats. It was a light, simple and reliable design. Comes complete with full documentation and a highly detailed exterior and interior. X-Plane 9 version can be found here: SH2_1_7.ZIP. 4. X-Plane 9.70+ Northrop Nuclear-Powered Flying Wing

X-Plane 9.70+ Northrop Nuclear-Powered Flying Wing 1956. These aircraft have the same 3.5 megawatt reactor as the Convair NB-36, also called the X6. Nuclear reactor simulation comes from reducing the fuel consumption to as close to zero as allowed. Nuclear powered aircraft have a range determined by on board lubricants, crew supplies (food and sanitary), and psychological factors. Endurance of this aircraft is over 200,000nm. 6. X-Plane 9.70+ Weserflug P.1003/1

X-Plane 9.70+ Weserflug P.1003/1. The Weserflug WP 1003 was a two-person VTOL aircraft of Nazi Germany developed by Weser Flugzeugbau. The purpose of the project was to build a military tilt rotor aircraft with VTOL features. For takeoff, the entire outer wing could be rotated 90 degrees so that the propeller was directed upward. Once in the air, it could then be rotated to a horizontal position and propel the aircraft forward. Full documentation is included in the download. By Billy Bargagliotti.

  7. X-Plane 9.70+ Myasishchev M17/M55

X-Plane 9.70+ Myasishchev M17/M55 (NATO Mystic). The Myasishchev M-55 (NATO reporting name: Mystic-B) is a high altitude geophysical research aircraft developed by OKB Myasishchev in the Soviet Union, similar in mission to the Lockheed ER-2, but with a twin boom fuselage and tail surface design. It is a twin-engined development of the Myasishchev M-17 Stratosphera with a higher maximum take-off weight. A number of M-55 Geophysica remain in service, performing in research roles. One M-55 took part in a study of the Arctic stratosphere in 1996-1997. Important: please read the included documentation. By Billy Bargagliotti.

  8. X-Plane 9.70+ BMW Schnell Bomber I And II

X-Plane 9.70+ BMW Schnell Bomber I And II 1.00. There are two aircraft in this file, one with two turboprops and two jets, plus another with just two turboprops. There is very little information regarding this project. BMW was going to build a fast bomber using its new turboprops and jet engines, but he year is not stated in any reference. They were planned somewhere between 1942 and 1945. Documentation is included. By Billy Bargagliotti.

  9. X-Plane 9.70+ Mil V-12

X-Plane 9.70+ Mil V-12, (1968) world's heaviest helicopter. The Mil V-12, given the project number Izdeliye 65, remains the largest helicopter ever built. The designation "Mi-12" would have been the name for the production helicopter, and was not applied to the V-12 prototypes. Important: please read the included documentation. 10. X-Plane 9.70 Burnelli CBY-3 CBY-4 (1944)

X-Plane 9.70 Burnelli CBY-3 CBY-4 (1944). The Burnelli CBY-3 Loadmaster was an unconventional transport aircraft designed by American engineer Vincent Burnelli and built in Canada in 1944 by Canadian Car and Foundry. The CBY3 "lifting fuselage" was an evolution of the earlier Burnelli UB-14. Burnelli worked as a designer at Canadian Car and Foundry (CanCar) in Montreal, and the CBY-3 was intended for bush operations in northern Canada. The sole prototype was extensively tested but failed to gain a production contract. Full documentation included in the download. By Billy Bargagliotti.

  11. X-Plane 10 Hannebu V Foo Fighter

X-Plane 10 Hannebu V Foo Fighter. The term foo fighter was used by Allied aircraft pilots in World War II to describe various UFOs or mysterious aerial phenomena seen in the skies over both the European and Pacific theaters of operations. This vehicle is built from actual specifications on the Internet. In the included documentation are actual photoshopped photos of a genuine painting of two real Haunebu somewhere in Norway over some U-Boats. Work was continued after WWII by the former SS at base 211 in Antarctica. By Billy Bargagliotti.

  16. X-Plane 10 Hans Zarkov Spaceship Flash Gordon

X-Plane 10 Hans Zarkov Spaceship Flash Gordon. This spaceship is from the Saturday Movie Matinee, a three part movie serial from 1936. In the serial the instrument panel is filled with a few really strange gadgets. None of them look like anything that works today, so modern instruments were used instead plus a HUD and GPS. The HUD and GPS look out of place in a 1936 spaceship, but these instruments give a modern pilot a chance of controlling this thing. By Billy Bargagliotti.

  17. X-Plane 10 Eugen Sanger Antipodal Amerika Bomber

X-Plane 10 Eugen Sanger Antipodal Amerika Bomber. Silbervogel, German for silver bird, was a design for a rocket-powered sub-orbital bomber aircraft produced by Eugen Sanger and Irene Bredt in the late 1930s for the Third Reich/Nazi Germany. It is also known as the RaBo (Raketenbomber or "rocket bomber"). It was one of a number of designs considered for the Amerika Bomber mission, which started out in the spring of 1942 being focused solely on trans-Atlantic range piston-engined strategic bombers, like the Messerschmitt Me 264 and Junkers Ju 390, the only two airframe types actually built and flown for the competition. 25. X-Plane 9 And 10 x-Bug 2.01 VW Beetle 1952

X-Plane 9 And 10 x-Bug 2.01 VW Beetle 1952. x-Bug was the author's first and only payware venture, originally released for XP8 in 2006. It was arguably the most realistic ground vehicle at the time. This freeware release for XP9 and XP10 comes with the generous assistance of Tonka, who added animation where there was none before. Thanks again, Mr. T! That said, there is nothing groundbreaking here. This is a simple design for simple fun. By Dave Duck.
