FS2004/FSX North American P-51B Mustang Two-Seater. During the last months of WW2, many war weary P51 Mustangs were converted as two-seaters. They were used for liaison duties and to give ground personnel a little flying experience. During the Normandy landings General Eisenhower was flown over the beaches in a two-seat Mustang. FS2004 Caproni Ca 309 Ghibli. Twin-engine multi-role, entered in service in 1937 for reconnaissance and liaison, served with the Regia Aeronautica in the colonies in North Africa until January 1943. Monoplane with twin-engine low-wing with a mixed structure. The fixed gear mounted under the front legs of the two gondolas in-line engines Alfa Romeo 115-II. Model, texture, cockpit and panel by F. FS2004 USAAF Lockheed C-69 Constellation. The C69 first flew in 1943, and only 22 were ever constructed for the USAAF (some of which were never delivered). Unfortunately, major problems surfaced with the R-3350 powerplant - they were prone to catch fire. The engine was magnesium based, and were not only a danger to C-69 crews, but B-29 crews as well. This problem, and others were not ironed out until close to the end of WWII. After the war, the C-69 went on to have a successful civil Airline career. Textures only. FS2004/FSX Nakajima Ki 27, Japanese WW2 fighter. When in mid-1935 Nakajima developed a single-seat monoplane fighter, the Nakajima Ki27, it was by far the most manoeuvrable of the competition. Following further testing in late 1937, it was ordered into production as the Army Type 97 Fighter Model A (Nakajima Ki-27a). The type saw extensive action in the early war years. Gmax model by A.F. The Baltimore was a mid-wing cantilever monoplane powered by two Wright Cyclone GR-2600 - A5B5 14-cylinder radial air-cooled engines providing a top speed of 488 km/h. After September 1943 was used intensively in the Italian campaign with the 28th Bomber Wing becoming the co-belligerent 1 Stormo Baltimore and operating in the Balkan Theater. FS2004 Romanian Hawker Hurricane Mk. I. Seven of twelve textures for Hawker Hurricane Mk.I, used by Romanian Royal Aeronautics between 1940 and 1945. These twelve aircraft were assigned to the 53rd Fighter Squadron with main mission to defend the Constanta harbor, railway Cernavoda bridge or carry out bomber escort missions. Were flown by Romanian Aces like Horia Agarici, Andrei Radulescu or "Bazu" Cantacuzino. Insignia of Hurricane fighters group was Mickey Mouse cartoon character. Hawker Hurricane base pack is available separately. Romanian textures by Patrick George Mititeanu.

FS2004 Romanian Mikoyan-Gurievich MiG-3. In December 1944 an intact MiG-3 fighter was captured by Romanian troops. The aircraft was repainted in Romanian markings and was flown by ARR's top ace Cpt 'Bazu' Cantacuzino and used as an "aggressor" for training purposes. Aircraft was seized by Soviet troops in September 1944, after Romania has broken its alliance with Germany and established a new one with the Allies and was compelled to return all captured Russian aircraft. Amongst them was this MiG-3. Mikoyan-Gurevich MiG-3 base pack is available separately. Painted by Patrick George Mititeanu.

The Hs 126 was well received for its good short takeoff and low-speed characteristics which were needed at the time. FS2004 Tribute To The Dambusters Release 6

FS2004 Tribute To The Dambusters Release 6. With the permission of the Chief Designer at Plane-Design (Ed Walters) we present this OPERATION READY Dambuster Lancaster as a long overdue update to that of Release 5. This file simplifies the operational readiness of the aircraft and also introduces additional paints for AJJ and AJN by Koos van Menen. This update for FS2004 is more stable and includes zordered windows to prevent accidental loss of the low flying tools. New saved flights are provided based on more accurate information on the route actually used by the Dambusters in 1943. Developed and flown in W7 64 bit the Lancaster has been tested in XP. The simmer is requested to download Release 5 (DB_PD_OR_AJG.ZIP) and replace the aircraft in that package with the one contained in this release. This release of aircraft is fully compatible with the contents of Release 5 so any of the flights in that package can be flown with this updated aircraft. New flights are provided for AJJ and AJN the crews of which breached the Moehne and Eder Dams in 1943. This is a full aircraft packaged by Ross McLennan and Koos van Menen. It includes a pdf Manual describing the use of the operational features and the additional flights. This release is the 1st prelude to an extensive FSX package for the 70th anniversary of the raid on the Ruhr Dams to be uploaded in March 2013.

FS2004/FSX Henschel Hs 123 Biplane. The Henschel Hs123 was a single-seat biplane dive bomber and close-support attack aircraft flown by the German Luftwaffe during the Spanish Civil War and from 1939 to 1944 in WW2. Although an obsolete design, it continued to see front-line service until 1944, and was only withdrawn due a lack of spare parts to keep the aircraft operational. FS2004/FSX Dornier Do-217. Repaint plus extra features for the German WW2 night fighter Dornier Do217 from Kazunori Ito (DO217N1_NJG4.ZIP). The paint scheme is is one kind of German camo, not sure if this was used for Dorniers. Included in this package is a panel.cfg using FW190a gauges and default FSX gauges. There is also an option to insert a rear gun, which can be swiveled in all directions. The aircraft.cfg is modified and provides eight cameras, weapon effects and a better handling on ground and in air. Repaint, rear gun and camera config by Erwin Welker.

The paint scheme is regarding to the "Red 8" from the National War Museum Johannesburg, South-Africa. Including in this package is a sample panel with a bitmap for a photorelistic navigator panel and a left side view with the option to insert a wingman. The sample panel.cfg is configured for the panel in use with additional wingman views. Screen shots are included to show you how my panel is configured. FS2004/FSX Me 262 Collection. World War II saw the introduction of jet aircraft, and one of the most prominent jets of the conflict was the Messerschmitt Me-262, a twin-jet fighter of advanced design. It was the first operational jetfighter to see combat. One of the strangest variants was the Me 262A-1a/U4 "Pulkzerstorer" which carried an awesome 50mm cannon. This was intended to be the ultimate bomber-killer but only a few were tested. The highspeed HG I, nicknamed "Pfeilflugel" or Flying Arrow Wing, incorporated an increase in the inboard wing chord, which was achieved by modifying the wing forward of the main spar, a tailplane swept back 40 degrees and a cockpit canopy with a lower profile.
