  1. I use this here as AI: Bernard
  2. Based on what Robin stated below, I did the following small comparaison about the number of files uploaded by sections on this site: - Early Aircraft ---> FS9: 1,185 / FSX:705 - Propliners ------> FS9: 2,725 / FSX: 531 - Jetliners -------> FS9: 35,731 / FSX: 8,056 - Scenery ---------->FS9: 7,902 / FSX. 5,657 The figures speak for themselves. Bernard
  3. RJ, you brought it to the point. Flight 1 utiliites like AFX aren't accepted. Bernard
  4. Why this aircraft is named "Ansett Airways", whereas they are EAL textures?
  5. There is no trick. Just paste 'texture.soco' file to 'D18SVC' folder and add the text mentioned in the readme to the aircraft.cfg. You also have to copy and paste the files of default texture. Don't overwrite those already there. Bernard
  6. Nice to still see some imperturbable FS9 afficionados! And that certainly for some good reasons. I don't think that such things could be done anymore with newer and newest flight simulators and having reall fun. Like with this Kellet Autogyro of Eastern Air Lines doing AI flights between Camden Airfield and the roof of the Main Post Office at Philadelphia. Bernard
  7. Different liveries for same model. It mostly occurs for those with silver fuselage. Bernard
  8. I installed a couple of Garry J. Smith's Lockheed Vega 5 and noticed that several models show blue textured windows. Compared to other models they should at least be colored as the fuslage. Does anyone knows how this could be changed? Thanks for any advice. Bernard
  9. Hi Casey, Sorry for having overlooked your message. Meanwhile you got an e-mail. Bernard
  10. Thanks for having restored the link! Some of the quite active uploaders like Roger Wensley or Christian Page might be grateful. Bernard
  11. I just was really suprised to notice that this site has removed the search key "FS2004" for "New Files" in Files Library. Welcome to the MS2020 Mania! Bernard
  12. Search here for "FS2004 French Military AI Package". At least you will get an adapted Afcad for LFOC, maybe more. Bernard
  13. I finally could open the site "frenchairforce.fr" but the sceneries aren't avalable anymore. Bernard
  14. Try Wayback Machine. Maybe you will able to restore some files. BTW, at least you will find LFMO here. Bernard
  15. Sorry for this incorrect assomption. I reinstalled the JBK's Fokker FXII and got the correct texture. Probably while using at second time the self installer the textures have been overwrote only partially. Normaly I first extract exe files to a temporary folder just to avoid such errors. Anyway, I now have the right plane. Bernard
  16. According to aircraft.cfg of JBK's Fokker FXII KLM 'Valk' we should get a the plane with KLM paints: [fltsim.0] title=Fokker_FXII_KLM sim=Fokker_FXII model= panel= sound= texture= kb_checklists= kb_reference=FXII_ref ui_manufacturer=Fokker ui_type=F.XII ui_variation=F.XII KLM 'Valk' But I get this: A mix of DDL and KLM. I would very much appreciate to have the correct texture file. Bernard

    FS9 at racetrack!

Le Mans 4 FSX of Auto Sports Simulations is for shure not playing in the same league. But sometime less shouldn't be worse.! Bernard

    FS9 at racetrack!

Robin, you mean this at Hockenheim:
  19. In my case this effect occurs when starting Traffic Toolbox on a plane having exactly the same AI flightplan as its twins. Immediately after opening the tool the aircraft are on the top of each other forming one object. After a couple of seconds the aircraft separate of each other. Curiously some might then flying slower and doing a different approach. That happened below. Bernard

    FS9 at racetrack!

Erwin Welker released some days ago his Ferrari 250 GT berlinetta. I added it to Le Mans scenery and let it driving as AI on the whole almost original 1962 racetrack: at classic starting position, in front of the famous Dunlop bridge, an driving through the not less famous Mulsanne Corner Could such a fun still be possible with MS2020?:( Bernard
  21. I got a similar situation some years ago with three AI Vulcans while approaching Nellis AB and flying over Las Vegas Bernard
  22. With the kind help of Guenter Kirschstein, the Dornier Wal of Wolfgang von Gronau could at last start its around the world trip done in 1932 (here landing at Seydisfjord in Island). Bernard
  23. Chuck, As you correctly presumed, its a Dornier Wal initially for FS2002 done by Wolfram Beckert. I use the model available here, which shows props: https://drive.google.com/drive/u/0/folders/0B8fpmSxRrUQZMDVUNGl5emZiSFk Maybe you get it flying as AI. That would be very helpful, as I began to create von Gronau's flight around the world in 1932. Bernard
  24. Thanks Chuck. Applied your aircraft cfg, and it works perfectly! I tried to use it with Dornier Groenland Wal too, but it seems not being the right solution. It works with Junkers F13 contact points while setting static_cg_height value at 6.81. But then the aircraft floates to high over the water. Bernard
