  1. X-Plane 11 Bellanca Aircruiser 66-70 1.0

X-Plane 11 Bellanca Aircruiser 66-70 1.0. This is Jacques Brault's X-Plane 8 and 9 Bellanca Aircruiser, converted for X-Plane 11. The Bellanca Aircruiser and Airbus were high-wing, single engine aircraft built by Bellanca Aircraft Corporation. The aircraft was built as a "workhorse" intended for use as a passenger or cargo aircraft. X-Plane 11 is configured by default for 3D cockpit view, so to use this aircraft you must choose to do one of two things: After loading the aircraft, select 'Option-w' on MacOS for 2D or 'Alt-w' on WinOS for the 2D instrument panel. Thanks to Dataroots for the sound files, Scooter for the pilot/passenger figures and Ho-Hun for the custom instruments. Thank you to Jacques Brault for creating this aircraft for X-Plane. 5. X-Plane 8 And 9 Curtiss JN-4 Jenny

X-Plane 8 And 9 Curtiss JN-4 Jenny. The Curtiss JN4 "Jenny" was one of a series of "JN" biplanes built by the Curtiss Aeroplane Company, later the Curtiss Aeroplane and Motor Company. Although the Curtiss JN series was originally produced as a training aircraft for the U.S. Army, the "Jenny" continued after World War I as a civil aircraft, as it became the "backbone of American postwar (civil) aviation. Thousands of surplus Jennys were sold at bargain prices to private owners in the years after the war and became central to the barnstorming era that helped awaken America to civil aviation through much of the 1920s. Thanks to Dataroots for the sound files and to Scooter for the pilot figure. By Jacques Brault.

  8. X-Plane 9.70+ Northrop Alpha 1.0

X-Plane 9.70+ Northrop Alpha 1.0. The Northrop Alpha was an American single-engine, all-metal, seven-seat, low-wing monoplane fast mail/passenger transport aircraft used in the 1930s. The author of this X-Plane model freely admits to not being the best painter in the world, so would encourage others to create additional liveries. His only condition is that you mention (in the comments section below) what paint program is used! The flight model however, is quite accurate and handles nicely. Please don't hesitate to leave feedback. By Cynderdragon.

  9. X-Plane 10.50+ Lockheed Vega 1.0

X-Plane 10.50+ Lockheed Vega 1.0. The Lockheed Vega is an American six-passenger high-wing monoplane airliner built by the Lockheed Corporation starting in 1927. It became famous for its use by a number of record-breaking pilots who were attracted to the rugged and very long-range design. Amelia Earhart became the first woman to fly the Atlantic single-handed in one, and Wiley Post used his to prove the existence of the jet stream after having flown around the world twice. Two liveries, custom panel and sounds included. The author is still doing some fine tuning, so feedback is more then welcomed. By Cynderdragon.

X-Plane 10.45+ Caudron G.4. The Caudron G4 was a French biplane with twin engines, widely used during World War I as a bomber aircraft. It was designed by Rene and Gaston Caudron as an improvement over their single engined Caudron G.3. The Caudron G.4 was used as a reconnaissance bomber into the heart of Germany. Increasing losses led to its withdrawal from day bombing missions by the French in the autumn of 1916.The aircraft presented here is an aircraft of 'escadrille C.43' squadron, based at Moreuil in the south of Amiens near the Somme. X-Plane 8 And 9 Fairchild 22 C7E. The Fairchild 22 Model C7 was an American two-seat touring or training monoplane designed and built by the Kreider-Reisner division of the Fairchild Aircraft Corporation. The C7E modelled here is powered by a 125 hp Warner Scarab seven-cylinder radial piston engine (11 built). By today's standards she is low and slow. Watch your flap settings when flying this aircraft. At around 80 mph they should be fully retracted. Engine and pilot objects by the author's friend and cohort Heinz Dziurowitz. He is greatly missed. The Waco Standard Cabin series is a range of American single-engine 4-5 seat fabric covered cabin biplanes produced by the Waco Aircraft Company beginning in 1931 with the QDC and continuing until 1942 when production ended for the VKS-7F. Though not at all speedy by today's standards the QDC was/is a wonderful flying aircraft being both well mannered and stable. Based around an original aircraft by Mark Fisher. 19. X-Plane 8 And 9 Culver Dart

X-Plane 8 And 9 Culver Dart. The Culver Dart was a 1930s American two-seat light monoplane aircraft produced by the Dart Aircraft Company (later the Culver Aircraft Company). A smooth flier with few bad habits the Dart was nearly impossible to spin with power on. The author has used a 110 hp Warner as a power source so it has little bit more go it compared to the original 90 hp Lambert. Even with this extra power, it's not a particularly fast aircraft. Engine and pilot objects by the author's friend and cohort Heinz Dziurowitz. He is greatly missed. By A. Lynn Lockrow (Clipwing).

  23. X-Plane 8 And 9 Ryan NYP Spirit of St. Louis

X-Plane 8 And 9 Ryan NYP Spirit of St. Louis. The author designed this X-Plane aircraft as a challenge for cross-country flying and to understand how Lindberg must have felt whilst piloting it. Forward view in this aircraft was through a periscope. To simulate this, the minimal instrument panel is such that you will have to trade limited forward view for instrument visibility and vice-versa. The only controls visible are handles that could be "felt" whilst looking through the periscope. The author found it fun and challenging. Are you ready to take this challenge?
