    X-Plane 9.70+ Bell P-39Q Airacobra 1.0. The author has (with Jacques Brault's permission) updated his P-39Q. He has also gathered various contributions from other builders and added some detail features. It is in essence, Jacques Brault's v8.5 P-39Q in Russian Lend/Lease livery, with some detail improvements by Norvell. Thibaud Duhamel's contributed his RAAF and Brooklyn Bum liveries, Dataroots the sound update, plus the authors own USAAF livery. The pilot figure is from the Pilot Collection by Bertrand AUGRAS and finishes off the package. Another tribute to the Brault legacy. By Ron Norvelle.

However, with the Second World War looming, the design was changed to that of a long range maritime reconnaissance/bomber. For unknown reasons development of the EF-100 ceased in 1942. The Focke-Wulf Ta 183 Huckebein was a design for a jet-powered fighter aircraft intended as the successor to the Messerschmitt Me 262 and other day fighters in Luftwaffe service during World War II. It was developed only to the extent of wind tunnel models when the war ended, but the basic design was further developed postwar in Argentina as the FMA IAe 33 Pulqui II.     X-Plane 9 And 10 FP451 Pony Express. This strange four-door Mustang was found in an abandoned hangar under a dusty cover. After clean-up, over-haul and the addition of some modern instruments it made an excellent long-range high-speed executive transport. Thanks to Jacques Brault for giving permission to use his P-51B as a starting point for this project. The pilot figure is a much modified version of Mid7night generic pilot with headset and sunglasses. Complete with 3D cockpit. This updated version includes a new interior. By Mike Case.

    X-Plane 10 NC-701 Martinet (Siebel 204D). The SNCAC Martinet was a German-designed but French-built twin-engined military trainer and light transport monoplane. It was operated by the French military and in small numbers by French airlines from the late 1940s. To aide the German war effort the SNCAC factory at Bourges was ordered to produce 455 Siebel Si 204s light transports for the Luftwaffe. The company then produced two variants; the NC701 Martinet based on the Si 204D with a glazed unstepped nose and powered by two Renault 12S engines, and the NC.702 Martinet with a conventional stepped windscreen nose based on the Si 204A.     X-Plane 10 Junkers Ju 287 V2 And V3 Updated. The Junkers Ju287 was an aerodynamic testbed built in Nazi Germany to develop the technology required for a multi-engine jet bomber. It was powered by four Junkers Jumo 004 engines, featured a revolutionary forward-swept wing, and apart from the wing was assembled largely from components scavenged from other aircraft. It was one of the very few jet propelled aircraft ever built with a fixed landing gear. There are two variations of the Ju 287 contained in this download. The F223 (redesignated NC223) incorporated significant changes over the initial design, including a twin tail and a considerably refined fuselage. A variant of this type, NC223.4 Jules Verne of Naval Aviation French, was the first Allied bomber to raid Berlin, when it dropped its payload over the German capital on the 7th of June 1940.     X-Plane 10 Junkers Ju-132 1.0. The EF 132 was a planned jet bomber, under development for the Luftwaffe during World War II. It was the last aircraft development project undertaken by Junkers during the war, and was the culmination of the Ju 287 design started in 1942. In October 1946 the whole complex and the German engineers were transferred to the Soviet Union, to continue development of the aircraft. An unpowered example was constructed to gather additional data, but only slow progress was made before the project was terminated on 12 June 1948. This X-Plane model continues the development. The Curtiss AT-9 Fledgling, better known by its nickname "Jeep" was an advanced trainer used during the war for pilots making the transition to multi-engine aircraft. It had a reputation for being difficult to fly, but this attribute contributed towards producing skilled pilots for twin engined bombers. There are four variants of the aircraft in this package: Version 1 - Basic production V-1 with one Argus Engine rated at 1,100 lbs thrust, Version 1A - as above for ground attack (bombs and cannons), Version 2 - Advanced version with two Argus Engines rated at 1,100 lbs thrust each, Version 3 Russian version with one Walther HWK Rocket rated at 3,300 lbs thrust.
