X-Plane 11.50+ Bloch MB 152.C1 Update 3
X-Plane 11.50+ Bloch MB 152.C1 Update 3. The Bloch MB.150 (later MB.151 to MB.157) was a French low-wing monoplane fighter aircraft developed and produced by Societe des Avions Marcel Bloch. It featured all-metal construction, complete with a retractable undercarriage and a fully enclosed cockpit. Redesigns of the MB.150 design led to the improved MB.151 and MB.152 which entered squadron service with the Armee de l'Air. By the outbreak of the Second World War, around 120 aircraft had been delivered to the Armee de l'Air but most were not sufficiently equipped to be considered operational. This X-Plane model and all the files attached to it are for personal use only and cannot be used commercially without the express agreement of the author. By Stephane Toledo.71 downloads

X-Plane 10 BF-109 G6 Package 1.6.0
X-Plane 10 BF-109 G6 Package 1.6.0. The Messerschmitt Bf 109 was a single-seat monoplane fighter used by the Luftwaffe before and during WWII. It was used as a fighter, interceptor, high-altitude interceptor, fighter-bomber and reconnaissance aircraft. The Bf 109 G-6 "Gustav" was the most mass-produced variant of the Gustav series. It entered production in the late Autumn of 1942, and was initially designed as a universal platform which could be quickly converted to various roles as needed in field conditions. I made these for X-Plane 9 a long time ago and later simply converted them to work in X-Plane 11, so nothing fancy, just pure, free, combat themed fun! I figured I may as well release them (even if they're a little dated), as they are still a blast to fly! The X-Plane 11 package can be found here: A-PILOTS_BF109_G6S.ZIP. This is distributed as freeware! No redistribution or modification without the explicit permission of the author. Version 1.6.0: Improved interior textures, improved panel with German DG and VSI, prop disc. By Jennifer Kimball (A-Pilot).85 downloads

X-Plane 11.50+ Henschel HS-126 2.0
X-Plane 11.50+ Henschel HS-126 2.0. The Henschel Hs 126 was a German two-seat reconnaissance and observation aircraft of World War II that was derived from the Henschel Hs 122. The pilot was seated in a protected cockpit under the parasol wing and the gunner in an open rear cockpit. The prototype aircraft frame was that of a Hs 122A fitted with a Junkers engine. The Hs 126 was well received for its good short takeoff and low-speed characteristics which were needed at the time. It was put into service for a few years, but was soon superseded by the general-purpose, STOL Fieseler Fi 156 Storch and the medium-range Focke-Wulf Fw 189 "flying eye". This aircraft is distributed as freeware. Do not modify, redistribute, or otherwise reproduce any of it without prior permission. Version 2.0 includes two new liveries (German Summer, German Africa (trop livery), plus new sounds and a ski version. By Jennifer Kimball (A-Pilot).102 downloads

X-Plane 11.50+ Messerschmitt Bf 110 C 1.2
X-Plane 11.50+ Messerschmitt Bf 110 C 1.2. The Messerschmitt Bf 110, often known unofficially as the Me 110, is a twin-engine Zerstorer, fighter-bomber, and night fighter developed in Nazi Germany in the 1930s and used by the Luftwaffe during World War II. This is Jacques Brault's X-Plane 8 Bf 110C, updated to X-Plane 11 and which now includes a basic 3D cockpit for added immersion. Thanks to Sean McLeod for his support and to Beber for the pilots. Also, a big thank you to Jennifer Kimball (A-Pilot) for allowing me to use the sounds she made for her Bf 109 G6: a-pilots_bf109_g6s.zip. Not only did this make a significant improvement to the engines, but also the machine cannon sounds. Finally, the Bf 110 is available again! V1.2 adds a Wespe ZG1 livery on the Russian winter, kindly given by Jennifer Kimball (A-Pilot). By Alan Ashforth.

X-Plane 11.50+ Blackburn Skua 1.2
X-Plane 11.50+ Blackburn Skua 1.2. The Blackburn Skua was a carrier-based low-wing, two-seater, single-radial engine aircraft operated by the British Fleet Air Arm which combined the functions of a dive bomber and fighter. It was designed in the mid-1930s and saw service in the early part of the Second World War. This is an update of the original Skua by Jaques Brault: blackburn_skua.zip. Thanks to Sean McLeod for his X-Plane 11 conversion and for permission to post. This version brings it up to date for X-Plane 11.55. I had to convert the engine, cockpit, and canopy to get them all to show. I then added a 3D cockpit (thanks to Ray Hill for the use of his parts). Version 1.2 has a correct V type tail hook, plus the trainer livery by Jaques Brault (used from 1942 to 1945), and finally an opening canopy by Ray Hill (thanks Ray). By Alan Ashforth.54 downloads

X-Plane 11 Ju-87B Stuka Mod 1.0
X-Plane 11 Ju-87B Stuka Mod 1.0. This is a modification for the X-Plane 11 Ju-87B Stuka by Philippe Gastebois. You must have the original aircraft installed for this mod to work: ju-87b_stuka.zip. The changes are the addition of FMOD sounds – including the infamous siren sound, as well as changes to the flight model to improve handling and spin performance, plus a small tweak to the textures of the tail wheel. Credit is of course given to the original authors, Philippe Gastebois and Beber for the pilot. Please see the included documentation on how to install this mod. By Dan Hopgood.71 downloads

X-Plane 11.35+ Hawker Sea Fury FB-11 1.0.2
X-Plane 11.35+ Hawker Sea Fury FB-11 1.0.2. The Hawker Sea Fury is a British fighter aircraft designed and manufactured by Hawker Aircraft. It was the last propeller-driven fighter to serve with the Royal Navy, and one of the fastest production single reciprocating engine aircraft ever built. Developed during the Second World War, the Sea Fury entered service two years after the war ended. It proved to be a popular aircraft with a number of overseas militaries and was used during the Korean War in the early 1950s, and by the Cuban air force during the 1961 Bay of Pigs Invasion The aircraft presented here is an aircraft of No 801 Naval Air Squadron, serving aboard HMS Glory. X-Plane 11.30+ Arado-234B 2.0
X-Plane 11.30+ Arado-234B 2.0. The Arado Ar 234 Blitz was the world's first operational jet-powered bomber, built by the German Arado company in the closing stages of World War II. Produced in limited numbers, it was used almost entirely in the reconnaissance role, but in its few uses as a bomber it proved to be nearly impossible to intercept. Two versions are presented in this package, one without JATO and one equipped with JATO. Credit goes to Beber for the use of his pilot. By Philippe Gastebois.96 downloads

X-Plane 11.50+ Douglas C-74 Globemaster 1.0
X-Plane 11.50+ Douglas C-74 Globemaster 1.0. The Douglas C74 Globemaster was a United States heavy-lift cargo aircraft built by the Douglas Aircraft Company in Long Beach, California. The aircraft was developed after the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor. The long distances across the Atlantic and, especially, Pacific oceans to combat areas indicated a need for a transoceanic heavy-lift military transport aircraft. Douglas Aircraft Company responded in 1942 with a giant four-engined design. Philippe Gastebois kindly gave me permission to post a slightly newer version of his Douglas C-74 Globemaster, a model he posted some years ago: douglas_c-74_globemaster.zip. I made some small changes and worked on some liveries too. The cockpit however is still 2D. By Henk de Bruin.137 downloads

X-Plane 11.50+ Grumman Avenger 2.0
X-Plane 11.50+ Grumman Avenger 2.0. The Grumman TBF Avenger is an American torpedo bomber developed initially for the United States Navy and Marine Corps, and eventually used by several air and naval aviation services around the world. The Avenger entered U.S. service in 1942, and first saw action during the Battle of Midway. This is an update for the Grumman Avenger originally brought to us by Philippe Gastebois for X-Plane 10 tbm_avenger.zip. I have adjusted the ground taxiing, 2D (read this!) panel and I have made several liveries including; French Navy, Dutch Navy, RAF and USAF. Please notice two things that I could not solve: the wheels aren't spinning, and I wasn't able to place markings under the wings. Version 2.0: Alan Ashforth kindly helped me with one issue I had with the wheels that weren't spinning in the model. He solved it, so thanks a lot Al, awesome work! X-Plane 11.50+ Wellington B Mk X 1.0
X-Plane 11.50+ Wellington B Mk X 1.0. The Vickers Wellington was a British twin-engined, long-range medium bomber. It was designed during the mid-1930s at Brooklands in Weybridge, Surrey. Led by Vickers-Armstrongs' chief designer Rex Pierson; a key feature of the aircraft is its geodetic airframe fuselage structure, which was principally designed by Barnes Wallis. This model is a request from Sean McLeod (I don't normally do them as I am not Desert Island Discs) for a Wellington MK X. As it's been about two years since Domhenry and I published the Wellington 1A: vickers_wellington240821_upload.zip, I thought I would upload a new variant with the skills I had learned. Please see the included documentation for further details on this model. By Ray Hill.87 downloads

X-Plane 11.40+ Messerschmitt Bf 109-E4 2.1
X-Plane 11.40+ Messerschmitt Bf 109-E4 2.1. The Messerschmitt Bf 109 is a German World War II fighter aircraft that was the backbone of the Luftwaffe's fighter force. E-4 (armour and structural improvements, change of MG FF cannons to MG FF/M. "Square" canopy). This model includes a 3D cockpit (now clickable in version 2.1) and a large number of liveries. It now has a small update, with a mod to connect a VR headset. This X-Plane model is a work in progress, so comments and advice are highly welcomed. By Stephane Toledo.

X-Plane 11.50+ Messerschmitt P.1101 1.2
X-Plane 11.50+ Messerschmitt P.1101 1.2. The Messerschmitt P.1101 was a single-seat, single-jet fighter project of World War II, developed as part of the 15 July 1944 Emergency Fighter Program which sought a second generation of jet fighters for the Third Reich. The prototype was fitted with an apparently inoperable Heinkel He S 011 jet engine, but given the non-availability of this engine, a Jumo 004B was fitted for test flights. As there are very few documents available on this aircraft, especially concerning its cockpit, I was largely inspired by what could be found on the Me 262, so I do not guarantee the authenticity of this model, moreover even if the exterior is finished, there is still a lot of work to do in the cockpit. Version 1.2 now contains 4 new liveries. Comments are welcome. By Stephane Toledo.76 downloads

X-Plane 11.30+ Vickers Wellington 1A 2.0.3
X-Plane 11.30+ Vickers Wellington 1A 2.0.3. This is the final build of the Wellington. A lot in it (probably well over 300 hours of work) so a large download. Collaborating with DomHenry we have produced something that we might almost have offered as payware. This has a full 3D cockpit and detailed internal structure including geodetic framework. If you peer in through the port side window you will also find a map on the navigators table and a radio in the wireless op's position. You have the opportunity to set up engine out scenarios, so why practice on a light twin when you can practice multi-engine skills on a WW2 bomber. Full pilots notes are included as a PDF. Dom has also set up and tested this for AI environments, so why not fly a whole squadron? Probably the closest you will get flying a RAF WW2 bomber, complete with 4,000lb bomb load and operating guns. Don't forget to read the pilots notes. As far as possible the operating parameters have been set to align with real data that we have found. For ease of cockpit use we have implemented certain "upgrades", very similar to those in Vickers built on civilian transports. By Ray Hill and Dom Henry.142 downloads

They are now offered to anyone who would like to continue them. My only condition is that my name appears in any future publications. I also prohibit any commercial use of these projects. Apart from that, you are free to do what you like with them. I thought it was a shame not to let you benefit from them, so if some of you are willing...please enjoy my models. X-Plane 11 WW2 Fighters AI Gun Missile Mod 1.1
X-Plane 11 WW2 Fighters AI Gun Missile Mod 1.1. This is a mod for Stephane Toledo's excellent Bf 109E4, F4U-1 Corsair, Focke Wulf Ta 152, Me 262 and Spitfire MK 1A, which you can find in the file library. The point of this mod is to allow MG equipped AI aircraft to attack and give you a challenge in a dogfight. In X-Plane, only AA missile equipped aircraft will fire back at you, so I've made some short range missiles with a reduced lockon angle and a range similar to a machine gun. In testing it works really well and will keep you on your toes. Documentation included. By Alan Ashforth.44 downloads

X-Plane 11.50+ B-17F Fortress Rear Gunner Mod 1.0
X-Plane 11.50+ B-17F Fortress Rear Gunner Mod 1.0. This original aircraft by Jacques Brault, and then updated to X-Plane 11 by Sean McLeod, (thanks Sean for permission) has been modded so as to give you a rear gun position that you can aim and shoot down enemy aircraft. This is a first for X-Plane 11 as far as I know, and could easily be adapted to other bombers too. I have made the pilots show up and taken away all other guns, as they would all fire together. X-Plane 11.50+ Aeroworx Douglas C-47 Dakota 3.2.3
X-Plane 11.50+ Aeroworx Douglas C-47 Dakota 3.2.3. The Douglas C47 is a twin-engined low wing transport aircraft, powered by Twin Wasp R1830-90C engines. Between 1935 and 1947 Douglas built a total of 10,654 of the type and over 80 years later there are still almost 1,000 in flying condition. This magnificent aircraft was originally designed by Manfred Jahn, Jan Visser and Team and is being flown by hundreds of happy users. At the end of July, Aeroworx obtained the permission to port this aircraft to X-Plane. As members of the South African Airways Museum Society, we have direct access to their C-47 and also a few other DC-3/C-47's. Getting good photographs is no problem, the crews flying and maintaining these aircraft are also extremely helpful in providing us with documentation, advice, etc. This aircraft features a fully 3D vintage virtual cockpit, with dozens of mouse click-able animations. The Sperry is the primary autopilot, but for the more "modern" guys, a G530 is available as a pop-up. This is a public beta version, PLEASE read the "Release Notes" attached to the download.
