FSX F-111 Aardvark, tail #63-9766.A repaint of Mike Stone's F-111 Aardvark, modified for Flight Simulator X. The paint scheme is of General Dynamics' first F-111 to fly. Tail #63-9766 flew its maiden flight December 21 1964, crewed by Dick Johnson and Val Prahl, General Dynamics test pilots. The aircraft was painted originally in a white / grey paint scheme. This aircraft is preserved at Edwards AFB in the AFFTC Museum lot. Aircraft package includes new flight dynamics and a new panel and effects. Pictures and history of the original aircraft included. Originally from Embraer, the Tucano was manufactured under licence by Shorts of Belfast for the Britsh Royal Air Force. FSX SP2 Northrop XP-56 "Black Bullet". An experimental tailess fighter developed to explore flying wing fighter designs. While it flew well enough, the XP56 never achieved its design performance, and eventually was made obsolete by the new generation of jet aircraft designs. One of the two built still exists in storage at the Smithonian Air Museum. This release has full animations and VC with custom gauges. Not tested in Vista/DX10. By Tim Conrad.
