Hi Paulco there is one thing you could try, and that is to reset the app you do this by typing Microsoft Flight simulator in the windows search bar ,As soon as the app appears a window appears on the right and side click app setting scroll down and choose either repair or reset when that is done Launch the simulator from the windows app store, you do need Disk 1 one in the get past the continue screen if the repair don't work do the reset but well done to get as far as you have what is your internet speed it does need to be fairly I feel sure you should not be getting these errors also make sure you are signed into your microsoft account. hope this helps Andrew

All you had to do was the following :- 1) Open the Microsoft Store app on your system. 2) Click on the 3 dots in the top right corner and click "Downloads and Updates" 3) Click "Get updates" and then the "Update all" button. Wait for all updates to complete before moving to step 4. 4) Click "All owned" from the left side panel and then click "Install" or "Launch" on Microsoft Flight Simulator. Once you enter the code its registered your MS account and you can use it as many times as you like but you can only run one copy at a time ie if you installed on another PC. Is there a chance you can get a refund on one of the copys? I would try.

Tried it and it crashed my pc lol I got enough on with the planes crashing thanks for the info anyway it will be useful to other users no doubt.

Hi Paulco I think if it was me I would be heading back to the supplier and get help or a refund, did you say it was Pc World/curry's personally I wouldn't buy anything from them just my opinion ,at least they could check the Pc out for you. If its not fit for purpose and it doesent seem to be, they I do believe are obligated to sort it, if only you had posted on here for buying advice before you bought it,I bought my present PC from overclockers 4yrs ago and it hasn't missed a beat, no consolation to you ,but I think Overclockers is the place to buy a PC as most people will tell you. If you do take it back do stand up for yourself don't let them fob you off with excuses as they always do.I am really sorry to hear about the problems your having ,And what i have said is the best advice i can give you

Have you got enough space on your c drive when you start to install it should ask you for a path where to install to change from c drive to where you would like it to install to you will need in excess of 107gb thats what my install is at the moment . Andrew

Hi Can anyone please confirm that the Airbus A320 it working as it should with no problems ,I personally am having big problems AP not working AI co pilot goes wondering lol Altimeter Erratic and speed uncontrollable always goes to overspeed ,I keep wondering if its something I am doing ,but after numerous testing, I don't believe this is the case, if anyone can throw some light on this and i am to blame I will hold my hands up any help or Advice would be very much Appreciated I have a ticket in but in the mean time I thought I would ask the experts lol. If I cant fix this it will probably mean re-install and as I have the box version quiet along time but I am hoping it doesn't come to that fingers crossed. Andrew

Hi Have you thought about starting with the vfr map open and then leave it open maybe tuck it in the corner of a screen just a thought :) Andrew

Hi thanks for your reply my internet is 66mb up and 19mb down it should be plenty fast enough i have been with my isp for 20yrs lol and never experienced anything like this .i will check the calibration but i dont really think that is the problem ,but you mention corr upted instalation that does seem more feasable as this could happen to anyone i will have to see if there is a way to reload the update thanks again for your advice. Its ok m8 i solved it and it can be moved as its an App there is a vid on youtube it e explains how to do it

Hi all I dont think its me tried 4 times and the A320 just refuses to fly lol The AP just sends it to the ground the Ai pilot goes is own way this I'm afraid is the last straw for me, I have tried to stay positive throughout and was hoping for better things from the update gut the Airbus is worse ,what on earth have they done,if i cant fly tomorrow thats it for me .Can anyone tell me if they are having any problems with the A320 before i submit a ticket as it could be me but i was flying it great until patch installed i got an error not enough band width you have been taken offline it never ceases to amaze me ,I am very dissapointed at the moment.

Hi Is it possible to move the installation of my sim to another drive ie from HDD to SSD i am trying to speed it up lol well it cant do any harm I hope .

Hi Well i had over 650hrs on fsx and loved it ,but like a sheep I followed and bought this MSFS20 i think the Answer is experiment with the graphics settings ,its time consuming I know but its all part of the learning curve oh don't get me wrong I am no expert simmer lol But as a total newcomer Today I Managed to make a perfect landing with the A320 no less lol.The hrs I but in on fsx were just getting to know the ropes so to speak and were over several yrs i was never as keen as I am now. Hi I am still seeing the message launch game to update ,just wondered if anyone as had an update yet, that message I find really confusing thee first time I saw it, I did launch the Sim again, but now obviously don't lol

well said shb7 I was thinking the same thing the sim cost me £127 why on earth should I even have to search for mods etc to get the sim working ,i am not an experienced simmer and don't know about mods and fixes etc I am managing to fly some planes, but bugs like the A320 some screens are going black and I was told to get the mod which I actually did but it didn't fix any thing, I dont know how other beginners are coping but i am struggling I didn't think it would be easy but like you said third party addons all the time not really on after paying such a lot of money in the first place ,bet microsoft are laughing all the way to the bank.

Hi I dont know if this as been posted before im sorry if i missed it ,anyway the A320 pfd keeps going blank And the Altimiter is not working I have a feeling these are things waiting to be addressed in update/patch but i cant help wondering how people are saying they have made flights in A320 is it just my plane lol I have tried the mod from Github but didnt work am i doing something wrong,i like flying the A320 but its impossible for me as it is,in fact all the airliners are a mess in my case anyway any help appreciated.
