  1. Thank you for the info, downloading. Your works are awesome Erwin, thank you for sharing. Khalid
  2. Hi is there an FSX model? in the pipeline maybe? Thanks
  3. A beat Lear Rick. Hope you and the rest of the guys are doing well. Khalid
  4. Magnificent screenshot, Gérard! Absolutely great. Khalid
  5. Hi Guys if I may try to contribute something, I have FSX Gold boxed edition installed, and for some time now, when one goes to the "home" tab you get this screen (I have taken two screenshots of it because you need to scroll down to read the remainder of the message. Maybe our friend did follow these instructions and landed where he is now? Just a possibility? seems that's the only possible way of getting your boxed FSX to have the "steam edition" label -as shown in his screenshot??? Best wishes. Khalid
  6. Always reminds me of "60 seconds over Tokyo." I haven't seen one running in real life, but is she that noisy in real? Best wishes. Khalid
  7. These two on the lower right corner shouting to the pilot "Terminal building is still under construction, come back after a couple of months!"
  8. Yet another set of your superb repaints Ted. Absolutely lovely and very accurate. Best wishes. Khalid
  9. Lovely screenshots, Gary. Well done. Best wishes. Khalid
  10. Wow Jan some first try out. Great pictures, great scenery and an equally great model. Love the mountain shot a lot. Khalid
  11. Either that or hire a Denzel Washington to fly it for you! (the movie Flight was largely based on the Air Alaska tragedy, and also blamed the jackscrew)
  12. Exactly my thoughts, Michael. Despite having only done a couple of hours in a Hughes 300, even I was able to tell that FSX / FS9 do not represent piloting a helicopter adequately.
  13. Beautiful set of shots Jan. Is this aircraft freeware?
  14. The Airspeed Ambassador is a beautiful aircraft. As a youngster I thought that triple tails and double tails were superior to singe tail fins. I remember from childhood reading an old comic whereby the hero, a teen boy, lands this aircraft after the pilot becomes very ill. Your photo essay is as crisp clear and excellent as the rest of your work. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Best wishes.
  15. Great shot Gérard, I love how you manipulate that B-17 formation to get excellent compositions.
  16. Beautiful screens Darryl. Is this an ORBX aircraft?
  17. Lovely photo essay Michael. Interesting to see a helicopter pilot flying fixed wing on FSX, I am yet to see someone posting pictures of rotary wing ships on here. Well, to all intents and purposes the pictures you posted are lovely. Best wishes. Khalid
  18. Great shots David. I remember flying in an Air Tran 717 between Atlanta and New Jersey and thinking to myself "well isn't this a reconditioned DC-9?"
  19. very nice indeed. are these new repaints you are releasing Jan?
  20. another original work. bravo. :pilot: :cool::cool:
  21. David, Larry, Rick, Jan, Blair, Gérard, John and Jan Kees: thank you very much for your kind words and compliments. Best wishes. Khalid
  22. Lovely set of shots of a magnificent bird. I remember as a teen there was one derelict not far from the air club in Baghdad and I once decided to explore it, I went inside through the side door and I was surprised to fine the access to the cockpit was through a ladder that takes you to a trap door at he floor of the cockpit. You were quite elevated as a pilot when sitting there, like looking down from the first floor of a building. I include a screenshot of the repaint I have in my hangar:
