  1. Check there should be a texture, then post here with the name of the aircraft. and where you got the repaint.
  2. The principle of it seems to have passed `logic` by....
  3. You don't make the decision until close to the destination, then obey it. You don't enter the runway until you have weather settings and intentions made clear by ATC.
  4. A DA-62 can cross the GIUK gap to N America. From there to wherever. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3RvgHLvIG88.
  5. https://www.avsimrus.com/files.phtml?sort=down_m_12&minrating=&search=CSA&sopt_title=1&sopt_desc=1&sopt_author=1&sopt_fname=1&sopt_comms=1&hl=CSA I think they still do FS2004 repaints...
  6. Flying military aircraft in Germany must be a problem for the UK. Last time, we, er, didn't stop! I doubt political machinations had anything to do with it, more likely avoiding landing fees or currency restrictions! UK pilots don't automatically carry Euros y'know...
  7. Surclaro is/was a waste of time. Now it's a waste of money as well? Even funny money (last time I looked I don't think Bitcoin is legal tender...)
  8. When did the NEO become easier? AFAIK it's only as sophisticated as ever. Why would you expect any change, when the World has moved on to MSFS2020, and soon XP12? As far as I'm aware FSX is still outmoded.
  9. No, any landing you can walk away from - and use the aircraft again, without major repairs - is better!
  10. White, as in Red White and Blue. Apart from specific paintjobs they are always white - it's the official flag-carrier for the UK, after all. Never seen a pink hue to the Union Flag! Google search is your friend, as is the official BA site: [ihttps://www.britishairways.com/en-gb/information/about-ba][/i]

  12. Most common cause is Pilot Induced Oscillation. Start by turning sensitivity UP until you can identify what YOU are doing, then down until it no longer does it...
  13. Fuel? Mags? Mixture? Check these things and report back.
  14. German Air Force? RAF, surely? The red, white and blue and roundels kinda give the game away?
  15. I'm qualified as a pilot and I would STILL expect to die if that happened, in the absence of the Big Blue button..! Only in America!
  16. I've had a furore of Honda bikes. Now will never buy one again, and the same goes for their cars and planes. Too expensive to service!
  17. From the aforementioned Wikipedia page: notable feature of the landing gear was the ability to pivot both fore and aft main landing gear up to 20° from the aircraft centerline to increase safety during crosswind landings (allowing the aircraft to "crab" or roll with a sideways slip angle down the runway). More learning needed. Like taking off INTO the wind, not cross-wind. For the last time: What was your crosswind component?
  18. Wind aligned with runway? The B-52 has crosswind landing gear so don't bother realigning anything. Use the compensating landing gear properly.
  19. Went the other way. Started as a real pilot, bought FS to maintain and improve my real-world skills when I moved from gliders to powered aircraft..
  20. The mu-2b has a separate, unique, engine start. Start the engines using the correct procedure. The manual has full details.
