Withdrawn from service in 1967. To Cogeair as TN-ABA in 1968. Damaged beyond repair in a forced landing at Ruddervoorde, Belgium on 11 July 1969 when two engines failed. Prior installation of the DeHavilland DH114 Heron of Derek Palmer, Fraser McKay, Dave Booker, the CBFS team and Gary Jones is required. Repaint by Andre Reimers.

    FS2004/FSX 1948 Monarch Douglas C-47. The Douglas Dakota in Monarch Air Lines livery, part of the Frank Gonzalez Memorial Repaint Collection. Monarch, based in Denver, started scheduled air service on November 27, 1946 with a flight from Denver to Durango, Colorado using a DC3. Other services started to Albuquerque, Salt Lake City and Grand Junction. Monarch pioneered all weather operations in their service area by installing its own navigational system. By 1948 the airline was sharing several functions with Challenger Airlines such as maintenance and sales at Denver. Then Monarch bought controlling interest in Challenger in December, 1949.Monarch merged with Arizona Airways and Challenger Airlines on June 1, 1950 to form Frontier Airlines. Textures only.     FS2004/FSX 1947 Challenger Douglas C-47. The Douglas Dakota in Challenger livery, part of the Frank Gonzalez Memorial Repaint Collection. On February 8th a down payment of $25,000 was made to Capital Airlines for two DC3s (NC65135 and NC65385) and air service started on May 3, 1947 from its base of Salt Lake City. The first route was to Denver with stops in Kemmerer, Rock Springs, Rawlings, Laramie, and Cheyenne. By 1948 their headquarters had been moved to Denver and they had started sharing various functions such as maintenance and sales with Monarch Airlines. Then Monarch bought controlling interest in Challenger in December, 1949 and the merger became effective June 1, 1950. Arizona Airways was also included and the three-way merger which formed Frontier Airlines. Textures only. Requires the FS2004 Manfred Jahn C-47 (C-47_BASEPACK_FS9.ZIP).

The second C-69 CN/1962 built as a C-69-1-LO and delivered on 4-16-1944. It was used by Howard Hughes for promotional tour and beat the speed record between Los Angeles and New York during April of 1944. Aircraft built for the USAAF but bore this scheme for the occasion but had to use the military registration. Textures only, requires LOCKHEED_L-49_V1_0.ZIP and LOCKHEED749.ZIP.

These 14 textures represent all the scheduled European civil operators of the Ilyushin IL-14 Super, M, and P versions: Deutsche Lufthansa 1955, 1959, and 1961, Interflug 1961, TABSO, Tarom, LOT, Malev, CSA, JAT, Aeroflot and Albanian textures for the IL-14, circa 1955-61. Along with brand new repaints, I have made many small changes to the other existing repaints. One texture is of Northwest's all first class service, and the other texture is for Northwest's "Coronation Coach" service. Coronation Coach was Northwest's deluxe coach service with extra frills, and was used on its most popular routes, and for its service to Hawaii - one of the few scheduled airlines to use a DC-6B for its Hawaii routes. One repaint represent Pan Am's "Super 6" DC-6B "Rainbow Service" tourist class seating, while the other repaint represents Pan Am's "Super 6" DC-6B economy high density seating. These high density DC-6Bs were used from 1960 to 1965 on Pan Am's German interior service, and on their economy no frills flights from New York to San Juan, Puerto Rico service via Miami.
