FS98 panel--Piper Cherokee. Two panels for the Piper Cherokee series (PA-28 and PA-28R) single prop aircraft. Both are adapted from the woodgrain PA-44 panel as the layout is nearly identical. One is for a retractable gear such as the Piper Arrow or retractable gear Cherokee, and one is for fixed gear such as a Warrior or a fixed gear Cherokee. FS98/FS2000 panel--1940's Era Beech D17 Staggerwing. The Beech Staggerwing was Walter Beech's first design after selling his Travel Air Company to Curtis-Wright. With his chief designer, Ted Wells, they created a four place cabin biplane using the unique design feature of a negative stagger biplane wing arrangement which would give the pilot excellent visibility. The gauges are equipped with night lighting for use with FS2000. More modern navaids are available on a clickable panel. This panel is hand drawn for 1024x760 resolution and has been tested in 3D. FS98 panel--Grumman Albatross. The HU-16 Albatross is Grumman's largest seaplane, developed in 1947 for military search and rescue missions. Since, most have been converted for civilian use, including the G-111 converions. This panel was made from a photo of Jimmy Buffet's HU-16 Albatross ("Hemisphere Dancer") panel. Panel is optimized for VFR (touring the islands!), while keeping all the the gauges and IFR capabilities on the main panel. Note: due to the size and number of gauges, this panel will probably require a 17" or larger screen, set at 32 bit color and minimum 1024x760 resolution with a good video card.
