About This File

FS98/FS2000 panel--1940's Era Beech D17 Staggerwing. The Beech Staggerwing was Walter Beech's first design after selling his Travel Air Company to Curtis-Wright. With his chief designer, Ted Wells, they created a four place cabin biplane using the unique design feature of a negative stagger biplane wing arrangement which would give the pilot excellent visibility. The gauges are equipped with night lighting for use with FS2000. More modern navaids are available on a clickable panel. This panel is hand drawn for 1024x760 resolution and has been tested in 3D.
