FSX Gloster Grebe

FSX Gloster Grebe v3. The Gloster Grebe was a single seat biplane fighter with fabric-covered wooden structure and twin Vickers machine gun armament. It was powered by the 400 hp Armstrong Siddeley Jaguar. Top speed was 162 mph (261 km/h). The Grebe was very agile, but suffered from wing flutter, which lead to all RAF aircraft being modified with additional wing struts. Version two includes updated model, updated panel, improved textures and and five authentic paints. This archive contains the gauges missing from the previous upload. Complete Gmax model by A.F. FSX Curtiss F9C-2 Sparrowhawk. The Sparrowhawk was a small light weight fighter designed to be carried internal to the large US Navy dirgibles such as the USS Macon and USS Akron and launched for defense and then retrieved on trapeze fittings. This is a native FSX SP2 project. It is painted for service with the USS Akron. It has the usual animations, animated tail hook, bump maps, and .dds textures. FSX Boeing F4B-4. The Boeing F4B-4 was the last fixed gear biplane fighter in the US Navy inventory. This model is painted for Squadron VF-6 assigned to the USS Ranger CV-4. It was designed in FSDS v3.51 and compiled with Xtomdl into FSX SP2. The textures are .bmp format. It has the usual animations plus an operating tail hook. The 2D panel and VC are based on a photo and the VC has operating instruments plus animated flight controls. You can use this package to fly in a full section formation with you friends or give FSX Recorder Module v1.3 a try. Full section repaint by Andreas Fey. This package includes the original model by Paul Clawson.

FSX 1938 Waterman Arrowbile by Rarewings.com. Designed with FSDS3.5.1 and FSTweak. Has full working virtual cockpit with back-lit gauges, 2D panels, custom sounds. Reflective metal and glass textures. Waterman, Figuring that most people couldn't afford both an airplane and a car, and believing that the car was a necessity of modern life, set out to build a car that could be turned into an airplane. The result was the "Arrowbile," a small plane with wings that could be detached in a few minutes. Much of the vehicle was made with standard car parts, and in fact a normal Studebaker engine powered the wheels (when in car mode) and the propeller (when in airplane mode). By Patrick Dyer.

It is painted for the 6th Pursuit Squadron, 18th Pursuit Group stationed at Wheeler Field. It has the usual animations, .dds textures, and bump maps. FSX Earhart's Electra L-10 E. A repaint of FS-Design Berlin's Lockheed Electra L-10 modified for Flight Simulator X. Painted as Amelia Earhart's Electra L10 E in what turned out to be the final flight of Earhart's career, and, ultimately, her life, It began on June 1, 1937. Earhart and Noonan left for their round-the-world flight in her twin-engine, red-winged Electra. From Miami, they flew to San Juan. Right before taking off on this leg of the flight, Earhart was quoted as saying, "I have a feeling there is just about one more good flight left in my system and I hope this trip is it.
