FSX Corsair Project. A repaint of Guy Hulin's Chance Vought F-4U1A Corsair (CORSF4U7.ZIP), updated for Flight Simulator X. This aircraft has blank texture files (Navy blue base color). This is a good starting point for any F-4 Corsair project with easy to follow instructions and easy to use bmp files. Lets everyone create there own favorite Corsair. Package instructions and aviation art and links to aviation nose art also. The .cfg file has been corrected with Sweet Dee on line now; re-download Sweet Dee F4U1A Corsair for fix. FSX Northrop P-61B Black Widow WW2 night fighter. The Northrop P-61 is a twin-engine two to three place night fighter. It was designed as a cantilever monoplane with a central fuselage pod, engine nacelles blended into the double booms carrying the double-fin empennage. FSX Grumman F-8 Bearcat. A repaint of Michel Migaud's GrummanF8F2 Bearcat. This repaint is Grumman F8F-2 Bearcat N198F, owned by Cinema Air since June 1982. It still carries its original Bureau of Aeronautics number 122637. It was first registered as N1033B in 1963 by William Johnson. Subsequently it was owned by New Jersey Air Company from 1966 to 1968, Sherman Cooper from 1968 to 1971, and John Church from 1971 to 1973. John Gury changed the registration to N198F in 1973. Gury raced it under race numbers 99, 11, and 98. It was sold to John Herlihy in 1980 and then to Cecil Harp in 1981. Painted in a U.S. Navy scheme. Modifications for FSX by Mark Rooks of RSDG.

This is a historically accurate repaint of the P-51 Mustang flown by Major George E. Preddy, Jr., top Mustang ace. He had the highest number of air victories in a P51. FSX Dick Rossi's AVC Tiger. A repaint of Robert Hawk's Curtiss P-40. This is an accurate repaint of Dick Rossi's aircraft that he flew with the famed AVC Flying Tigers as a fighter pilot working with the American Volunteer Group in China during WWII under General Claire Lee Chennault. During an eight-month period, a handful of swift, heavily armed P-40's destroyed 297 Japanese aircraft. More than six of those fell from the sky under the guns of Rossi as a Flight Leader. John Richard Rossi of the American Volunteer Group (AVG) Flying Tigers. "Dick" Rossi served as president of the AVG Flying Tigers Association for fifty years and is one of the founders of the Flying Tigers Line, a major freight carrier. This is a complete aircraft. FSX VMA-312 Marines F4U1A Corsair. A repaint of Guy Hulin's Vought F-4 Corsair (CORSF4U7.ZIP) updated for Flight Simulator X. This aircraft was flown by Capt. Jesse G. Folmar while aboard the USS Bataan in 1952. The Checkerboards VMA-312 would make history when VMA-312 pilot Capt. Jesse G. Folmar became the first American to shoot down a jet fighter with a propeller-driven aircraft. Folmar was able to down one of a pair of MiG-1 S which attacked him and his wingman on 10th September 1952. This aircraft includes pictures and history.
