FS2004 Arab World Flying Tour. The first Arab-World tour package. It's a package of 36 flight plans, starting from the Arabian Gulf and ending in the international airport of Mauritania's capitol city. There are many things to see above the Arab-World which consists of deserts in most of its areas. There are many high mountains in Oman, Saudi and in the west of the Arab world which are called "Atlas Mountains". Long coasts and some beautiful scenes in southwest Asia and Africa such as the Nile and the pyramids in Egypt also attract the minds of those who seek to see the mysteries of the ancient world and to know how people traveled in this harsh part of the world building a city after a city during the past eras. FS2004 Charles Darwin Voyage of the Beagle. On 27th of December, 1831 Charles Robert Darwin, born 1809, sailed from Devonport, England for a five-year voyage around the world on HMS Beagle and returned almost five years later on 2nd of October 1836. On 27th of December 1931 our journey begins in Devonport, near Plymouth in the Imperial Airways' Short S30 LR "Cabot" flying boat to follow this example. Since Charles Darwin also made many in-land journeys on the South American and Australian continents, the flying boat would be unpractical; instead we use the FS2004 default DC-3 for our continental VFR flights. Download and install Jens B. Kristensen's EMPIRE20.ZIP. The stage Cape Verde to Brazil requires Alexander Belov's scenery "Aeropostale Transatlantique" (A_ATLANT.ZIP). FS2004 Flight - 1935 PAA S-42 Miami to Rio. This flight replicates the route operated by Pan American Airways in 1935 between Miami and Rio de Janiero. This was the flying equivalent of cruising aboard ship (albeit shorter), taking nine days to complete the trip, with overnight stops at selected hotels - or "modern airway inns", as PAA termed them. The aircraft used on this journey was the new Siskorsky S-42 - at time of completion it was the worlds biggest flying-boat. A model of the Sikorsky S-42 is available as S42NC822.ZIP.
