  1. One of my favourite aircraft for FSX. Thanks for the heads up Tim, it's definitely one worth trying out in MSFS. I took a flight in one at Duxford a few years back. Great memories. Cheers Stinger Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk
  2. Hi all, Another UK pier released as part of my "Piers" project. This time it is Burnham-on-Sea, Somerset, UK. It should be available soon in the file library. Enjoy Stinger
  3. If you look in the fsuipc forum there is an WASM module addon which opens up a lot of the functions too. Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk
  4. Yep, that's definitely on my list. I might do the cable car opposite too while I am at it. Thanks for the comments. [emoji106] Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk
  5. Hi all, Another day, another pier. Handcrafted for your delectation. Tested ok with latest World Update. Should be available in the file library here soon. ( or at that other place ;-) ) Enjoy Stinger
  6. Just tried your method and it looks like that did the trick. I downloaded and fired up the xbox app, then went back to the store to "get updates". Now downloading. Thanks for the heads up, í ½í±Œ
  7. Same issue here. Store says I am up to date, sim says I am not. I tried Tim's suggestion and got the preview video but nothing else happens. Hey ho. I'll try again tomorrow.
  8. Do you use FSUIPC7 ? If so you could do a trace to see what control is being used. Unfortunately not all stock controls are linked to simconnect to enable external access. Try doing a search in msfs for "fuel" that may tell you if they have mapped the fuel valves. If you can assign them to a normal joystick in the sim then FSUIPC would allow you to do the same . You can do this by assigning the control in the sim to a key stroke, then telling FSUIPC7 to execute a key stroke when you operate your bodnar button.
  9. Many thanks. I hope to eventually do all of the piers but it's a long job. Next up is Penarth Pier, South Glamorgan. To do a half decent job I need to gather good quality images and aerial shots. Fortunately flyers of drones share some videos on YT which helps. I'll put Burnham on the shortlist! 12. I shall wait for Great Britain Central to be tested by you with su5 [emoji4]. If it's all ok i shall be visiting tte Orbx store. Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk
  13. Updated fine for me this morning. It wasn't shown in the MS Store until I clicked "get updates" Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk
  14. Just took off from Bournemouth UK and spotted Angor Wat to the south! The previous flight I did was in Cambodia ! Oops. Stinger Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk
  15. Just now having a few flights since belatedly downloading sim update 5 and it's great to see that we now have wheels that turn in the pushback cart. This was one of my pet gripes. Just need them to sort out the issue of missing the front of the aircraft now! Thank you Asobo, a little more realism added. Happy flying Stinger Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk
  16. I'd like to know this one too. I really miss my "My Traffic X" that i used in fsx. Hopefully they are on the case but I haven't heard any whispers. Stinger Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk
  17. Hi guys, Because I have been busy scenery developing outside the sim it wasnt until yesterday I did the su5 update. Everything went as smooth as silk, so I wonder if some of peoples issues are to do with everyone trying to download the update soon after release. ? With Microsoft's server capacity being what it is this shouldn't be an issue however it is definitely something I will bear in mind for future updates. I feel for those having problems with the sim as we would all rather by flying than fault fixing but so far for me any issues I have experienced have been minor and not stopped me flying. I have only had 1 CTD in the last year and I didn't alter anything to fix that, it just never happened again. To those having problems, don't give up, this sim is well worth the effort to work through any issues and the answer is usually to be found in the forums. Best regards Stinger Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk

  22. Years ago I went to watch the RedBull Air Race in Porto, Portugal. Part of the race "track" was to fly under a high steel bridge there. Fun to watch and great fun for the pilots too. Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk
  23. Unfortunately it says it all. 258 votes , it's not going to happen anytime soon. My similar immersion killer gripe is the static wheels of the pushback tugs. Also not likely to happen [emoji852] I'm not meaning to be negative, i am just a realist. [emoji4] Keep flying Stinger Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk
  24. If you feel the bridges issue needs sorting out as a priority then its probably best to start a wishlist thread and hope it gets enough votes that Asobo look at it. I am sure others will feel that there are other more pressing issues right now. That's not to say that it doesnt bother me too though, It is just that AS seem to use the voting system to prioritise their work. Regards Stinger Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk
