Hi Guys I cant afford one (prob never) but I just wondered if this new Turtle Beach Joystick works with FSX? It seems to be geared up for MSFS and XBox and I cant find anything definitive on google? It looks awesome!!

Did you clear your shader cache? And might help to delete your existing fsx.cfg (back up the old one) and let fsx rebuild it BTW its a bit of a misleading title for your post!

You prob screwed up the [Fltsimxxx] numbering sequence, check it follows numerically from the last one

Can i say again!! There is no problem with FSX and Windows10. Your activation problem has been covered on this forum ad infinitum. Just do search. It involves a registry tweak. This may resolve your addon issues but they look to be a different problm altogether??

Im gonna uninstall and try again this time using the default install location, wish me luck

Having similar issues namely that SDK SP2 will not install keeps stating SDK SP1a should be installed first which it has been? I take it the SP1a patch is just an overwrite of the contents of the original RMT SDK folder from my deluxe disk?

Hi Mr Zippy yep thats what I did, the components are listed in my [trusted] list in my fsx.cfg although I wasnt prompted to allow them? But the 'tools' button is not on my toolbar in FSX? Hi I cannot get the SDK SP2 to install on top of my SDK SP1a - it just produces a box saying it wasnt installed and to run setup later?? I have installed the SDK RTM from my Deluxe disk and SDK SP1a installed ok. I ran the SDK configurator because i have installed away from the default location. I tried opening the SP2.installer (unlike SP1a it is just an installer.exe) with 7z hoping I could maybe copy the contents across but the files contained therein are in no discernable order so impossible to copy across! Any pointers guys? Windows10, FSX Deluxe boxed Cheers Mick
