Prob applies to win11 too
Did you do a complete clean reinstall? What version are you using? Im guessing not FSX Steam as you say you have reinstalled SP1 and 2 (which come with Steam i believe). Have you tried rebuilding your fsx.cfg? Doubt its anything to do with your new SSD but more an FSX install issue
If your thinking of the Autopilot 'A' function in something like IL2 then no there is nothing like thst in FSX sadly. I think it only works as it would in real life but ive never used it.
Like it or not mate somethings not right

Not your fault obviously but none the less it would seem you have an unauthorised copy of FSX
Thought so Jorgen but wasnt 100%. I have certainly never heard of FSX for download except Steam, which obviously runs on Win11.
If he has an illegal copy of gold that will be his issue!! And hard cheese as they say!
I thought the original FSX was discs only? Are you talking about FSX-Steam? If so you need to give more details. Look at the first similar threads below this one
Got bored today so did an interweb search all i found was this

But its for a freeware version.
Did the JF F27 come with a paintkit? Maybe this could be adapted???

It was never intended for FSX so i suspect the FSX drivers were developed as an afterthought?
Theres plenty of posts here just do a search
Uninstall and reinstall a bit drastic!! Too rebuild the fsx.cfg just delete it (copy first if you have personalised settings in the original) and restart FSX
1305 errors if resolved can often lead to the 1722 error!
One case in particular https://www.avsim.com/forums/topic/518736-error-1305-while-downloading-fsx/ If you read it fully
Do you happen to have ashampoo burning software installed? This is known to throw up CD read errors or just constant spooling. Try uninstalling it and try again. Sounds crazy but worked for me recently and solved my incessant disk read problems on my LG DVD rewriter
