FS2004 CalClassic Douglas DC-3. Part of the CalClassic Archive Project. Three different models provided. All feature improved wheels and correct props. 1. FS2004 DC-3 modifications to allow the correct lettering on both sides of the vertical tail. Some modification of existing liveries is required. 2. FS2004 DC-3 modifications to allow liveries designed for the FSX Awesome4sum model to be converted to FS2004 (requires textures to be converted to FS2004 BMP format unless already converted). 3. FS2004 Scenery--1959 New York La Guardia Airport, New York, NY (USA). Part of the CalClassic Archive Project. This scenery provides Gmax terminals, taxiways, buildings and details as they were around 1959 for La Guardia airport in New York City. A new terminal was built in the early 1960's, opening in 1964. La Guardia was the major domestic airport in New York City. Requires the FS2004 Classic Scenery Libraries 1 and Classic Scenery Libraries 2. By Tom Gibson, Jaap de Baare, and Mike Stevens.

FS2004 Scenery--1962 Chicago O'Hare Airport, Illinois (IL), USA. Part of the CalClassic Archive Project. This file is not to be used for modern FS installations! This scenery depicts Chicago O'Hare airport as it was circa 1962, and features the now demolished original control tower terminals as well as the Welcome to O'Hare airport sign listing Mayor Richard J. Daley. One of the most remarkable features of this scenery is that it also brings back the city of Chicago to 1960. You will notice that both Willis Tower and John Hancock buildings are not there as neither was built back then. Chicago Soldier field has also been remodeled to its 1960 former glory. FS2004 Scenery--1960 Pacific Northwest Airports. This scenery provides new Gmax terminals, taxiways, buildings and details as they were around 1960 for 27 airports in the Pacific Northwest region, including Seattle (KSEA), Portland (KPDX) and many others. We've also created 11 smaller classic airports in Idaho, Oregon, and Washington then served by airlines. These do not include custom Gmax terminals but use instead one of our generic Classic Terminals object for the terminal, since we did not have photos. These simple aircraft are designed to be used as an AI aircraft within FS2004. These planes have animated gear, flaps (many also for takeoff), wheels, and props. FS2004 Sound Effects For 1962 AI World. Part of the CalClassic Archive Project. This package will provide the tire "chirp" and (optionally) reverse pitch/thrust sounds as the AI aircraft land. This is triggered by using the touchdown line of the EFFECTS section of the plane's aircraft.cfg file, Thorsten's great discovery. This package can be used by those without any other AI sound effects program, or can be used (in two different ways) by those using FSHotSFX (or FSHotSeat).
