FS2004/FSX Aircraft Files for 1955 to 1962 AI World File 6. This file is not to be used for modern FS installations! Part of the CalClassic Archive Project. These simple aircraft are designed to be used as an AI aircraft within FS2004. These planes have animated gear, flaps (many also for takeoff), wheels, and props. They also include airstairs for almost all aircraft. The package includes liveries for almost all airlines of the world in 1955 - 1962. The aircraft included in this file are the Beaver, Otter, Sandringham, Scandia, Twin Pioneer, Viking, York, Britannia, CL-44, DC-4M, Hermes, Vanguard, and Viscount. File 6 of 8 aircraft files. FS2004/FSX Scenery--1956 London Airport (Heathrow) UK. This scenery depicts London Airport as it was in the summer of 1956. All international traffic was at the North Terminal, and the second BEA and BOAC hangars were not yet built, nor was the Air India hangar. London Airport was not officially renamed Heathrow until 1966, but was called that at least informally throughout its existence. Having started in the 1930's as a small grass airfield near the hamlet of Heathrow and used by Fairey Aviation, it was then officially named The London Airport at the start of passenger operations in 1946. Includes accurate renditions of the terminals, hangars, buses, GCA trucks, and statue. Requires the FS2004 Classic Scenery Libraries 1 and Classic Scenery Libraries 2. FS2004/FSX 1960 American Airlines Douglas DC-6 CB-16. Part of the CalClassic Archive Project. The DC-6 was the first pressurized Douglas airliner, and due to the powerful Pratt & Whitney R-2800 engines competed effectively against the Lockheed Constellations.
