    In this video we fly the deHavilland DHC-2 Beaver on a special flight assignment from Forks (S18) Washington to the Elwha River. We use ForeFlight on the iPad to guide us over the Olympic National Park mountains to our destination on the former bed of the Lake Mills reservoir. On this journey, we learn about the restoration of the Elwha River ecosystem. The Elwha River now runs free with the removal of two dams that stood for a century.

    Welcome Raven Flight! Enjoy the ride. Olympia WA caught my eye! Just working on my next video - Forks (S18), over the Olympic National Park and landing at the former site of Lake Mills. Flying the DHC-2 Beaver plus a little background to the Elwha River Restoration project (Elwha and Glines dam removal).

    I believe there are many people who click twice thinking the sim has not started. I’m sure it has been reported on the Zendesk, but not enough votes to get it fixed as a priority.
