    Remember guys, FS2020 is version 1.0. Improvements to flight dynamics, additional aircraft etc. will come. This version was released because of the implementation in new technology and the most realistic scenery to fly anywhere in the world right out of the box with zero add-ons. The result is a whole new generation of enthusiasts all over the world thrilled to experience the sensation of flight for the very first time. Give it some time because this is the future of flight simulation as technology moves forward.

    This audio message can also be heard on takeoff in some aircraft in mountainous surroundings and is normal. The on board systems detect terrain below despite a positive attitude coupled with increasing speed. It should not last more than a few seconds. Otherwise, you are not flying the aircraft correctly.

    So great to hear all these stories! The new sim has pulled so many from memory lane. I am close to finishing my first video with FS2020! The realism is so much better despite the flight dynamics at this point.

    Sweet set up. I haven’t touched X-Plane either since the release of FS2020. By the time the Falcon 8X is released by Aerobask, hopefully some study level a/c will be available for FS2020.

    I wouldn’t call this a hot mess. Yes, definitely problems along the way with this massive leap in technology. But, you stick with it, if your heart is in it. Eventually, things smooth out. Just working on my first video with FS2020. Loads of fun, mastering landings into Tenzing-Hillary airport with magnificent scenery!

    Yup, sounds good. I gotta get a new joystick before I proceed any farther and evaluate the flight dynamics. Just unplayable with my old Sidewinder.

    I only use XP11 and I will definitely hang onto XP11 because there are a couple of aircraft that I know will be the best available for the home simulator. Aerobask Falcon 8X and FlyJSim Q4XP Looking much forward to FS2020 for the scenery and VFR stuff. But it will be some time before we get our hands on top level entry a/c developed for 2020 by the 3rd parties.

    Quite true guys. Other posts criticizing inaccurate cloud shadowing, ambient occlusion, double shadows etc would rarely be picked up in true flight. If you are hand flying at lower altitudes for a VFR flight, you are panning straight ahead and watching your gauges. You are certainly not starring at the scenery below.

    Love my force feedback Sidewinder! Still running strong and I plan to use with FS2020! I hope it will be compatible!
