  1. Pretty sad to see these great aircraft end up this way, after having a great history making money for the airlines! Rick

  4. Browser settings as in my computer browser? Naw, it's cleared daily. When this happens, I can look to the lower left portion of the flightsim.com screen and it says, "waiting on flight.sim ads........" If one had an ad blocker which I used to have, one might not ever see a problem. I deleted mine when some sites were requesting me to disable ad blocker to use their site. Got to be "more often than not..."
  5. Very nice Larry, you always present the Connie in a way she deserves! Thanks for sharing! Rick

  9. I need to fly these older military aircraft more often. I catch myself talking to myself going down the runway, "I THINK I CAN, I THINK I CAN !!" But, not needed, eventually the airspeed will come and off we go! This big bulky aircraft will do a whopping 175-180 KIAS @ 38" MP 2200 RPM, just got to be patient, you'll get there! Rick
  10. Very nicely done Bill! perfect weather for showing others how to do an ILS landing! Rick

  17. Yes, one of Milton's finest! At 50" MP and 2200 RPM, will give a nice 340 KIAS cruise! Stay alert with this one, it will "Boot Scoot and Boogie!" Rick
  18. The Lancair, with the canopy closed, you can run 200+ KIAS and never get your hair out of place! And, it's pretty easy on fuel also! Rick
