  1. 18 kts, good luck Bill! See you already have a crab set up! Never minded a high crosswind, it's the gusts beyond that, that become the issue! Rick
  2. Nice Chris! Things will break, but you found the fix! A good "go to" panel! Rick
  3. Chris - This screenshot of the Airbus A380 has all the makings of a good pic! I like the angle at which you took the pic, now try experimenting with the "+" and "-" buttons to bring the aircraft closer or push it back away from you! In this pic, you will need several "+" buttons to get the pic closer to you! Once you are happy with the pic, nail it with the (print screen button??? Sorry, don't know what the button is to take the pic)! Keep playing with it, You'll get it right! Rick:cool:
  4. Nice F-16 Chris! Hold on tight, it can be a wild ride! Rick
  5. Thanks Bill, Michael and Larry! Rick :cool:
  6. Not a bad way to get away for the weekend! Rick
  7. Very nice Darryl! Looks like a day to get the planes washed off for FREE! Rick
  8. Chris - 2 programs mentioned are available in this site's library! fsscreen.zip ScreenShot Manager scrshma3.zip (This one looks to be more advanced and might be a better choice?) Rick
  9. https://forum.flyawaysimulation.com/forum/topic/153/how-do-i-screen-shot-in-fs2004/ while you are waiting for someone who is good at FS2004 screenshots, check out the above link, you may find something that will help? Rick
  10. Chris - You'll do just fine. I got my PPL decades ago, and now that I don't use it anymore, I went to flight simming. When I took on the task of learning how to post pics on here, I swore that it was easier to learn how to fly than to learn how to post pics on here. I would jump right in there to help you, but I am running FSX, so I don't know if the steps are the same for FS2004/FS9. Let's see what anyone else has to offer! Good luck, things really shouldn't be this difficult, but they are, at least, until you learn them! Rick
  11. Okay, forget I said anything! Even with FS9/FS2004, you could get better, but, if you are happy with the pics, then so be it! Either way, the rear end of the aircraft doesn't do much for the viewer! Rick
  12. And while everyone else added their 2 cents in, try another view, the rear end of an aircraft is not something to showcase. Try another view and expand the pic with the "+" key, if need be! change views with the the 7,8,9,4,6,1,2,3 key then expand with the "+" key. I realize you are running FS2004, but others out there are running the same and getting better results! JMHO! Rick
  13. Okay, JK, now you've hit my soft spot, A high polished aluminum aircraft, a Beech 18, and a hot Beech Baby for nose art! I love it! Thanks for sharing! Rick
  14. Very nice Connie you presented Larry! A great bird that needs to be shown off from time to time! Thanks for sharing! Rick
  15. Very nice Bill! I live in Florida and I can relate to the weather you captured in your narrative! Thanks for sharing! Rick
  16. Very nice JK, I DO LIKE that 310! Thanks for sharing! Rick
  17. A freeware Boeing 727 Shuttle, 2 aircraft. est'd download size of 53.48 MB in size. It's an FS2004 download, so I had to find an FSX panel and sound anyway, so I alias'd a panel for it and download'd size ended up being 22.50 MB! They are older aircraft, but some, including myself, might like them? On this site's library, usair_shuttle_727.zip Enjoy! Rick  Edit - Sorry, don't know how a third pic was downlioad'd????
  18. You have some nice pics there, Darryl! Thanks for sharing! Rick
  19. Thanks Larry and Jan! Larry, I hate to hear that, as I have gone thru the same thing. I went to an external drive years ago and run backups once a month. Not wanting to go thru that again Rick
  20. Very impressive Bill, Kudos to the Coast Guard pilot, for sure! Rick
  21. This site's library has an extensive freeware offering of the Airbus A300B4 SGA aircraft in many many liveries! Here is one of my favorites! All I have downloaded are great looking and great fliers! Rick
  22. JK - Those enlarged pics really look nice! Thanks for sharing! Rick
