  1. Both the DHC2 and the Goose from FSX were my favorite floats. With the speaker system I had and enough volume, the sound of those big radials on the Goose could rattle the house off its foundation. FSX had a fairly decent list of waterways and docks to land floats. But I'm not seeing this feature in FS2020. http://aviation.allanville.com/misc/fsx-water-runways Regards, Ron
  2. Thank you for comments. These prop planes and floats are fun to fly and tour anywhere. Question: When you click on an image to enlarge the view, how much do the photos fill your screen? I have a 24 inch monitor and the photos leave about a 4cm margin on left and right side. Just curious about how this "click on image" works for other forum users. Thanks, Ron

  4. jamota: These Thrustmaster settings have worked well for me new out of the box. Here's a screen grab of my settings, hope this can help you along with your issue. I have not needed to make any adjustments since the stick was installed. Click on the image to zoom in.
  5. Very nice T6 Plainsman! Here, an example of in sim nature discoveries I've read disappointments in washed out scenery and watercolors. Thought I would experiment with scenery in the grayscale. As I see it, natural colors are better. Pilatus PC-6 Floats, Snowfall on Jenny Lake, Grand Teton Nat'l Park. Diamond DV20, Factory Butte, Utah Ron
  6. Thank you for your comments. Two more screen grabs in B&W. Just want to see which has the better contrast. Thanks for looking. Click on image to zoom in. Ron

  10. I enjoy the FS2020 Pipistrel Virus SW121. Sometimes referred as an ultralight. Center of gravity and forces in various directions are well suited for my flight stick. User friendly avionics, at least for me anyway. This flight over London Tower Bridge area. Global Rending Quality and Level of Detail as noted. Click on image for larger view.

  12. cuneytr: My approach to EGKK Gatwick RWY 26L passes over motorway M23 and the Gatwick South Terminal Parking Lot. You might try instead, the approach to EGLC London City RWY 9. There, you will pass over London, the O2 Entertainment complex, The Thames, The London Tower Bridge, etc. Some of my settings: Live weather disabled Bing Data World Graphics ON Photogrammetry ON FS2020 v1.21.13.0 nVidia driver 496.49 V Sync ON G Sync ON Terrain Level of Detail 125 Objects Level of Detail 100 GeForce Photo Mode Click on images for larger view. 18. Thanks Bob. One can get creative with FS2020 cameras. As proven by yourself and others over on MSFS screen Shot Forum. I'll be looking for the full moon in coming days. Ron

  20. Steve: If you use the Nvidia GeForce Graphics card, check settings to see what's available for photo mode or screen shot. On my machine, these screen shots are saved in: This PC>Videos>Microsoft Flight Simulator. On my keyboard I can toggle between inside and outside view by pressing the "END" key and selecting Alt+F2 when I'm ready for that best shot. Photos saved in the folder: This PC>Videos>Microsoft Flight Simulator can then be brought into Photoshop or some graphics editor for potential posting on this forum. I use postimage.com at the moment for posting pics. So, hope this is detail you can use. Ron

The pix that I post on this MSFS Screen Shot Forum I hope also are an expression of what can be done to highlight MSFS 2020 planes, scenery, weather conditions, etc. Ron M
