Hello, I bought Microsoft Flightsimulator Premium Deluxe last year in april as well as a new joystick Thrustmaster T.16000. All updates of the software have been installed. I'm using now version 1.22.2.0 which includes the latest world update (Australia). My system specs: CPU Intel i5 8400, Video card Nvidia GTX 1060 - 6GB, Ram 32 GB. After some playing around and experimenting with the software, calibrating and configuring the joystick I wanted to start flying around with the Cessna airplanes.
However it seems impossible to control the plane once in the air. No matter how I adjust the sensitivity settings and other options, the plane overreacts on the slightest movement of the joystick. I make sure that the autopilot is turned off and the Flight Model is on Modern but nothing helps so far. I tried my old joystick the Logitech Extreme 3D Pro, but the problem remains the same. Impossible to control, manoeuvre the plane. I switched back to my previous flightsimulator X-Plane 11 and both joysticks work perfect and react smoothly and properly as it should be with the X-Plane simulator. So I believe it is not a hardware problem, but there must be some problem with the Microsoft software. I learned from the internet that many people experience the same problem as I do. I have tried many "solutions" proposed from different people on internet forums, but so far I did not succeed in getting it solved.
If the problem cannot be solved I will be obliged to completely remove the MSFS2020 software and switch back to X-Plane 11.
I'm desperate and hopes somebody can help me to find a solution for this problem.
Regards
Yvan
