    Solved. Decided to re-download the aircraft again and then discovered that the MAAM texture was not included in the AC folder which means I had to have added it at some point in the past. Memory lag. It is loading just fine now.

    I removed Beta 3.12 and installed 3.14. When selecting the MAAM aircraft to load, I get an error message saying "FSX can not start the flight model". Any suggestions?

    Mr. Rinaldi" Part of the Yoke is covered by the MFD & PFD bitmaps. Please consider making the Yoke a pop up window. Other than that, a fine panel.

    The new GPS gauge by G. Munro has certainly livened FSX up for me. In particular, having all the various approachs to a given airport available right in front of you.
