FS2004/FSX/P3D/Acceleration Dornier Do-24 Flying Boat
FSX/P3D/Acceleration/FS2004 Dornier Do-24 Flying Boat. Originally the DO24 seaplane was a Dornier construction, requested by the Dutch Navy. Then in WWII the German military used it successfully for different purposes, including search and rescue. The excellent aircraft mastered even take-offs and landings in relative high waves. Even after the war Spain used one plane for SAR missions arround the island of Mallorca. The original FS2004 sim-model is made by Wim Regeer. "Shessi" from Sim-outhouse (SOH) reworked that model with a virtual cockpit (VC) including a cabin for the engineer and radio operator and a four men crew. The textures for the SAR version are made by Antonio Diaz. The panel rework, FSX-configuration with weapon effects and cameras for internal, external and gunner views are done by Erwin Welker.

FS2004/FSX Classic Racing Schooners Package. FS2004/FSX/Acceleration package with racing schooners in the style of the early 20th century. The package contains the pilotable "Elena of London" as replica from 2009. She is an A-class yacht in white color with a total length of 55 m. The original was designed by N. Herreshoff in 1910."Panthera" is a similar fictional ship in black color, designed by Erwin Welker in 2015. Additional to the solo sailing yachts there is also a match racing version; two boats in a race. Both beauties are also included as AI-versions. FS2004/FSX/Acceleration/P3D Tall Ship Statsraad Lehmkuhl, as pilotable boat or as AI ship. This is the world's biggest three-masted barque. She was commisioned 1914 as "Grosherzog Friedrich August" in imperial Germany. Went to England in 1919 as war repair. Since 1923 she is sailing under Norwegian flag as Statsraad Lehmkuhl. This model is built exactly to the status she was in 1988 when the author sailed on her. This addon provides one pilotable version with all twenty-two sails set and a second version as AI model supposed to be used with the great tool AI Carriers2. Twenty four FSX cameras let you explore the beautiful ship from high above in the masts, on the very detailed decks or from external views. FS2004/FSX Four Masted Barque "Passat". FS2004/FSX/Acceleration/P3D package four masted barque Passat as pilotable boats or as AI ships. This tall ship was one of the famous German "Flying P-liners" from the Laeisz ships company. She was build by the Blohm and Voss shipyard Hamburg in 1911. First she was a pure cargo ship, faster and more efficient than steamers of that era. She carried nitrat from Chile to Germany or grain between Australia and Europe. In 1952, Passat and the similar Pamir were converted to freight carring school ships with a 1000 hp auxillary engine. Pamir sank 1957 in a heavy storm and Passat was recommisioned after that tragedy. She is since 1959 a museum ship in the harbor of Travemunde/Lubeck/Germany. This addon provides one pilotable version with all thirty-four sails set and a second version with striked sails, running with engine. Twenty-four FSX cameras let you explore the beautiful ship from high above in the masts, on the very detailed decks or from external views. FS2004/FSX Doublepack Tea Clipper Cutty Sark. FS2004/FSX/Acceleration Doublepack pilotable tea clipper "Cutty Sark". This famous fast tea clipper from 1870 with a length of overall 85 m carried up to 35 sails with 3000 square meters and reached a max. speed of about 17 knots. Since 1957 this beautiful ship lays in a drydock at Greenwich, England. In May 2007, during a great renovation, the wooden hull was almost destroyed by a great fire but the steel frames and all the removed parts like masts and mahogany deckhouses survived. Today the whole ship is restored. This add-on provides one version with backwind and eight stunsails and a second version with wind from the side and a different set of sails. Twenty-one FSX cameras let you explore the beautiful ship from high above in the masts, on the very detailed decks or from external views. FS2004/FSX Galleon Neptune, from the 17th century. This sailing ship is a replica for Roman Polanski's movie "Pirates" with Walter Matthau as pirate captain. On this model the oversized figurehead "Neptune" has been replaced with a scary reaper. The boat is almost complete rigged with hundreds of ropes. Fourteen cannons and two Jolly Roger flags are animated. Twenty-eight cameras let you explore the whole ship: the deck, below the decks and you can enjoy the sailors' views from high above in the masts. FS2004/FSX German Sea Rescue Boat
FS2004/FSX German Sea Rescue Boat. The German sea rescue ship "John T. Essberger" from the 70th with daughter boat "Elsa". Thi FS model is especially for the 150 year anniversary of the German organisation "Deutsche Gesellschaft zur Rettung Schiffbruchiger" in May 2015. This independent organisation was founded in May 1865 and does their job just by donations. Within that period many thousands of missions saved hundred thousand of lives and rescued thousands of boats and ships in the areas of North Sea and Baltic Sea. This add-on shows the biggest boat from the 70th (44.2m) together with the animated daughter boat "Elsa" which runs down from the tail ramp to reach a parallel course together with the "John T. Essberger". Another animation is towing a motor boat with engine problems. Effects for a fire on board of a ship and fire extinguishings are included. The 2D panel is made by a photograph of the real navigation bridge of the original ship which can be visited now in the technic museum at Speyer. Nineteen cameras let you explore the ship with its virtual navigation bridge and let you enjoy the animations. Two AI versions are included: John T. Essberger solo and with "Elsa". FS2004/FSX PT-Boats And Destroyer Fleet, western Germany. Package of PT boats and destroyer fleet of the Federal Republic of Germany in the 1960's and 1970's. The package contains the Hamburg-class destroyer Bayern and konventionell PT-boats of the class 140 and 142. This boats can be sailed solo or as pair in a small formation. All these ships are pilotable and all have 2D panels and virtual navigation bridge and deck views and all have many animations and camera definitions. You even can shoot two training torpedos from the PT-boats. AI versions also included. In addition there are two AI versions of the auxillary ship Tender Neckar included, which served as leading and support ship for the PT-boats. It replaces the Alexander Von Humboldt I, which was laid down 1906 as lighthouse ship and was converted to a barque with green sails in 1988. The package contains pilotable and AI versions. Both with twenty-four sails or with removed sails. These models are extremely detailed and reach the limits for compiling to a MDL. the German navy in 1975/76) and a fast minesweeper of the Schutze
class. Both ships as pilotable and AI versions; the AI SAAR in a
sailing and in an anchoring version, to be used with the tool AI
Carriers2 (AICARRIERS2.ZIP) or for AI traffic. The pilotable versions
provide VC views, some men of crew and a lot of animations and
effects. Each ship has up to twenty-four cameras that let you explore
the very detailed boats and let you enjoy the amazing animations.
