Discovered this video while cleaning out old files.  Made way back when FS2020 first came out. In the 6-minute clip, a Navy P3C "Orion" from VP-11 is departing Lajes AB in the Azores Islands for a return flight to the U.S. east coast,  Which in this case (VP11) would be Brunswick Naval Air Station in Maine.

After takeoff, the plane makes a climbing turn to the West over the Island of Terceira and heads for the neighboring islands of San Jorge, Pico (conical volcanic peak), and Faial before beginning the long open ocean leg back to the U.S.  The plane is an FSX conversion to FS2020.  The island scenery and engine views are pretty much exactly the way they look in the RW.

Parked a T-28 next to a row of Tweets at Reese AFB during a XC flight. The size difference was quite striking.

I've never seen a RW Tweet but know a T-28 would sit up much higher.  Not sure about how the other size dimensions would compare.

Some shots of the legendary T-37 "Tweet" USAF trainer.  The airplane is on an early morning takeoff and once around the pattern landing at Randolph AFB (KRNB) in Texas.  This is a new freeware FS2020 aircraft.

This short clip shows how RW weather turbulence shows up in FS2020.  In the clip, a Cirrus Vision Jet climbs out of KTYS over the mountains of eastern Tennessee and Western North Carolina en route to Charlotte Douglas International (KCLT).  The aircraft runs into today's forecast RW moderate turbulence shown in the screenshot.  The blue line is the planned flight path.  Note:  this is using an addon:  RealTurb CAT to insert the turbulence.

My most memorable RW passenger 4-engine turboprop flights:  

1.  United Airlines Vickers Viscount DC National Airport to Chicago O'Hare

2.  National Airlines L188 Electra DC National Airport to Pensacola, Fla  (with en route stops in Norfolk, Charleston, Jacksonville, and Mobile!!!).

3.  Piedmont DASH-7 DC National Airport to Norfolk, VA 

Looks great Phrog.  I've always liked 4-engine turboprops.  IRL I got a ride on a Piedmont Dash-7 once from Washington National to Norfolk, Va.  They didn't stay in service very long.

These shots are of a conversion from FSX.  Not sure what's going on with the Simworks DASH-7 but found this preview video from December.  Looks pretty well along.

I haven't looked but I'm guessing it's one of these:

An Air Wisconsin de Havilland DASH-7 turboprop on a short commuter flight from Chicago to Milwaukee.

That's my story and I'm sticking to it! 

Takeoffs, initial climbs, and landings yes.    Climbs to FL thru major weather systems not so much. 

A very nice vintage series.  but I hope you brought along a lot of water!!   I really suggest sticking with the plane vs. walking.  

This short video showcases a few more of FS2020's visual and realism effects + some of the AI ATC.  In the clip, a Cirrus Vision Jet G2 is just leveling off at FL310 cruise altitude after breaking out climbing through a solid overcast.  The NEXRAD radar display on the left MFD half shows a large area of moderate precipitation below while the onboard weather radar on the right shows none at our altitude.

The aircraft encounters some turbulence in the cloud tops and at 1:20 into the video two traffic targets appear on the TCAS inset display in the PFD lower left.  A target at 3 o'clock heading away and one at 2 o'clock showing a crossing flight path and level at 700 feet below us.  Pretty close. As it gets closer it generates a yellow circular target symbol and a flashing Traffic Advisory on the PFD.  The current FS G3000 version doesn't generate Resolution Advisories and then the video clip ends but in case you're wondering there was no collision!

Also, there was no climb to FL330 as the Vison Jet G2 service ceiling is 31,000.  We requested and got 310 as the final.
