I highly resent any accusation of piracy on here.
That's your right, but as said above any FSX download except for FSX:SE has a piracy smell.
The unfortunate fact you've paid for it doesn't legalize it.
I wouldn't go as far as saying this is the reason for it not installing.
OTOH I have no expertise in either Win11 or the other thing.

Try this:
Device Manager -> Select every USB Device -> (right-click) -> Properties -> Power Management
The shown option should be UNCHECKED.

Is SP2 installed?
+1. AS16 requires either SP2 or Accel.

(PS, you can one install the single region or more, as desired. But you allways need to install and activate the "patches" folder as well.)
In addition: the Patches folder should have higher priority than the Europe folder.
As for priority: a good place to insert addon mesh is just above the numbered folders (0000 Base to 1107 Base) and below the default continents.

OK, so I did a clean boot of FSX selecting the default C-172. See the pic. Perfectly aligned with the center line.
IMO the Cessna isn't aligned either from what I see.
If it was, the white line wouldn't be slanted as in the pic.
Probably it's just more obvious with the BUFF, as it's a much larger aircraft.

AFAIK the official TDS sites are on Facebook.

Be aware: these are just textures, the actual weather engine isn't included.

And finally, you're certain you were on NAV rather than GPS on the GPS/NAV switch?
+1.
You could be still in GPS mode, so the AP tries to fly to the active waypoint in your GPS.

I don't have the BK117, but I do own some Nemeth choppers.
A good place to start loooking for the paint kit is
\Microsoft Flight Simulator X\Nemeth Designs and it's possible subfolders. In analogy with the choppers I have, it's most likely you'll find a RAR-file containing the PSDs.

I'm not sure if the produced BGL will flatten third party mesh. If you do have third party mesh, then perhaps this could be your issue?
It would be a battle over BGL/scenery hierarchy for lack of the right term.
Mesh is mesh, no matter if it's default, freeware or payware.
If one places a flatten BGL in the TOPMOST active scenery folder (as was in my reply), it'll flatten everything.

Airport Background
Flatten Mass Class Map Exclude AutoGen
Looks OK to me. (It's Mask Class Map, but surely that's a typo)
Just make sure you're compiling to an active scenery folder, for testing you better make this folder topmost (in Scenery Library Editor).
You should see FSX "rebuilding scenery library" on startup.
And make sure you have no older (and maybe incorrect) BGL versions wandering around for this airport.

I'm at v01.78.798, but that can't be the reason for the malfunction.

Have a look at this (payware) utility:

Never used ACA2017, but from what I read it's similar to AIFP?
My observations:
Double underscore, I suppose that's a typo?WoA_DJC__A319_CFM_IBE-Iberia_KBJ Aircraft in Flightplan not resent in FS (FSX)
[fltsim.11]
title=WoA_DJC_A319_CFM_IBE-Iberia_KBJ
sim=DJC_A32X
...
Only thing I can think of: if the previous sections [fltsim.0] to [fltsim.10] are flawed, then [fltsim.11] will never be processed.
BTW does the Iberia A-319 show up in FSX? Could be ACA itself is flawed?

Did you run the SP1 installer with the option "Run As Administrator" ?

AFAIK auto-rudder is an automated coordinated action between ailerons and rudder.
Since most helicopters have neither of them, what would be your idea of that function?

Checked. Mine was SP1A. Now installed SP2, so I have:
Microsoft Flight Simulator X SP2 SDK
Microsoft Flight Simulator X: Acceleration
Checked the dll.xml file. That hadn't changed. But still no TOOLS in FSX.
Allan
OK, now we're getting somewhere.
You were SO close. In stead of installing SP2 SDK (download), you should've installed SP2/XPACK (from the DVD).
You'll have to uninstall the SP2 SDK (in Windows Settings -> Apps & Features).
Then install SP2/XPACK from yr Accelleration DVD (SDK folder).
IMO that should get things working.
From the FSDeveloper Site:
FSX Acceleration Pack OR FSX Gold Pack users
To install the SDK for FSX Acceleration Pack OR FSX Gold Pack:
- Install the RTM SDK from FSX Deluxe Edition disk 1, (see 3.1.1 FSX Deluxe RTM users instructions above).
- Insert your Acceleration Pack DVD.
- Browse to the subfolder called SDK\SP1a\
- Install the SDK SP1A from there using fsx_sdk_sp1a.exe, (dated 26/09/2007, size 165,569KB).
- Browse to the folder called SDK\
- Install the Acceleration SP2/XPack SDK using sdk.msi, (dated 06/10/2007, size 216,929KB).
Wim
- Install the RTM SDK from FSX Deluxe Edition disk 1, (see 3.1.1 FSX Deluxe RTM users instructions above).

Assuming the paths correspond...
Both of you could check if the correct version is installed.
Windows Settings -> Apps & Features
Enter "sdk" in the search box, and see what gives.
Maybe post a screenie as below

But the 'tools' button is not on my toolbar in FSX?

I have no idea either, but my monitor (a BenQ) it's in the monitor menu.
Wim

When I switched monitors lately, I had problems with built-in HDR emulation.
I found out that for FSX it's better switched off (or set to "application controlled").

In location C:\Users\
\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\FSX (same as FSX.CFG), open the file dll.xml.
The entries below will already be present. You just need to modify them.
Change the entry between
and from True to FalseThe entry between
and needs to be changed to reflect the exact path to where the SDK is installed on yr computer. The last part will most likely be the same. The green part will be different and must be edited.Object Placement Tool False False F:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Microsoft Flight Simulator X SDK\SDK\Mission Creation Kit\object_placement.dll Traffic Toolbox False False F:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Microsoft Flight Simulator X SDK\SDK\Environment Kit\Traffic Toolbox SDK\traffictoolbox.dll Visual Effects Tool False False F:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Microsoft Flight Simulator X SDK\SDK\Environment Kit\Special Effects SDK\visualfxtool.dll
Save the file and start FSX.
In the on-screen drop-down menu, some new entries will appear:
The "timetable" as you call it, is found under "Explorer".

Hi,
Some remarks first:
- don't mention the JF Order Number, it could be used by hackers (not sure, but it's irrelevant anyways)
- don't write out yr email address, it will be used by spammers
- only a few of the forum users understand Dutch
As for the actual subject of the post:
Apparently you tried to join a picture of the problem, but as we can see it's missing.
Missing mesh and/or textures in a correctly installed addon are mostly caused by system overload.
Try lowering some settings in FSX and see what gives.
And maybe try to post the attachment again?
Wim

but it doesn't look like you are very anxious to get this problem resolved (post is now 4 days old)
Sometimes it takes a while...
