Is DX10 Preview turned On in your FSX? Many older planes will not display with this option turned on.

He didn't need to reinstall, he made the choice to re-install. Now he is up and running again. How many times have you un-installed and re-installed a flight sim? Your attacks against MS are getting old. -

Your sim install is corrupt and you need to do a Repair install. This is nothing new since FS9. And don't think that it is Microsoft's fault like some want you to believe. -

Who and the heck said anything about right or wrong or whether to stick to P3D or not? You really need reading comprehension classes, then a business class or two because it's obvious that you don't know what you are talking about, for sure. You are WAY better off sticking to your tons of fun FS2004 and let developers make their own decisions.

Because they still make money from selling software for those platforms; the MAIN PURPOSE of ANY business.

But it's ok to complain when a company stops supporting a legacy program after umpteen years. People can have as much fun as they want, but the main purpose of a business is to MAKE MONEY, something a few people don't realize here.

No, reading is fundamental. They still support FSX, FSXSE, P3D V4, P3D V5, XP11, and XP12. And there has not been any mention for MSFS support, just the discontinuing support of a dinosaur flight sim.

It means that server performance was broken and needed a fix. Lets see: AS16 was a weather program for FSX. ASCA was a stand alone environmental texture program for FSX. ASP4 was a weather program for P3D version 4. ASP3D was a weather program for P3D v4 and v5 ASXP was a weather program for XP11. ASXP12 was a weather program for XP 12 Well, they realized that much of the flight sim community had moved on from 20 years ago and new and updated programs needed to be developed for new and updated flight sims. Not everyone lives in the past.

Real time weather was done years ago. Historical weather still works.
