Video drivers are paired with your video card, not your game/program. There is no such thing as a FS2004 video driver, just like there is no such thing as a P3D video driver. So make your changes in your Nvidia Control panel.

You can save plans as much as you want, but you need to understand what is saved when you save a flight plan. No, saving a flight plan does not mean you can resume that flight where you left off.

Start FSXwx and look at the options and set things up. Then start a flight in FSX. If you've done things correctly, the weather will appear in FSX.

No to all of that.  It"s a basic flight planner to get you from A to B. If you want more, you need to use a 3rd party flight planner.

I am running FSX on Win 11 with no problems. But this was with a fresh install of FSX.
