People wanted a new built sim. That means that not every feature of the old sims is going to make it into the new sim. And there are plenty of options out there to add INSTANT Replay if you wish.

In MSFS you cannot do what you are attempting.

1. Your computer IS NOT tied up for hour upon hour of online "updates."
2. You can set up controllers and key commands exactly like they are in FS04, FSX, P3D, or X plane.
3. If you are going to post stuff, please make sure it's accurate. No, what you posted are not opinions.

Mine had a spring that you clipped to a prop blade. It would get you almost every time unless you were quick. Then the fuel would make the plastic slippery so you didn't have a chance.

How many times in your life, has a company you didn't purchase anything from, reached out to you and asked why you didn't purchase from them? I bet I know the answer! -
What program will not start? MSFS 2020, FSX, or the install program for FSX? We need the exact error message, not a summary. What operating system is installed on the new computer?

The Ford marketing department has never asked me, so they must not care.

My next car will not be a Ford. Does anyone care?

Let's hope this new sim is BETTER than the one we got - Some things STILL don't work right with the current!
Pretty much the same with every complex piece of software in the world.

C208 in MSFS2020. Not a problem if you follow the valley from the south. Stopped in time to make the runway exit. Beautiful scenery.

It isn't us, or our Browsers... it's this Site.
Then why does FSUIPC get blocked at the official site using Chrome? It least I know what to click to easily start the download.

On that same Data screen, Online Functionality must also be On.

FYI, he's close to a solution in the FS2004 forum. He posted all over the place, lol.

Wouldn't just be easier to download a different 787-8 and delete this one?
-
Wonder why he doesn't need the No CD patch? So many people think he needs it.

Is it turned On, on the Data screen?
-
It might be a heat issue. Clean all the air vents out with compressed air.

Interesting that many are saying that they will buy FS2024 without hesitation, sight unseen, not knowing what the minimum specs are..
The search for the Holy Grail continues...
Me? I've tried it. Yes, it is 'realistic' from a Google Earth's point of view.. eye candy et al.. But the cost of hardware to get it going!!
It doesn't matter what the minimum specs are because my computer is already probably double the specs. No, the cost was not outrageous.

I can't wait for MSFS 2024 to be released.
-
I can verify that nothing was released today.
-
There was no Update on the 26th. MSFS always checks for updates on startup and maybe that is what you are seeing. The latest version number is 1.36.2.0
And typically updates have been released on Thursdays.

You might try a Repair install.
File save? Start location?

Wrong......................again. Try running your FS04 on a Mac.
