  1. Doesn't bother me at all. Everyone has their favorites. Personally I think MSFS 2020 is da bomb, but I'd never insult those who think otherwise..
  2. Looks like this latest update fixed the issue. I turned off “show white dot” in Settings>General>Accessibility and all’s well so far. FINALLY!
  3. So far, just reverting back to DX11 fixed it. (knock on wood)
  4. Yes, as a matter of fact I am. The flickering is now happening when I use the brakes (the trigger)
  5. Yes I saw that. So far, I disabled DX12 and went back to DX11. My current flight in progress; no flickers yet.
  6. Anyone else have this issue after the last update? My mouse cursor flickers so bad, makes flight almost impossible. I can't click on certain knobs and dials. Googling didn't help much.
  7. It's a bug. We have to wait until Asobo fixes it.
  8. Still haven't fixed the flickering cursor issue. Was seemingly worse today. Wouldn't go away; had a very difficult time flying the FBW A320.
  9. Might be mind games, but by using my x52 mouse control to look around instead of the actual mouse, it seemed to stop the flickering cursor. had a successful flight yesterday.
  10. That’s a mess, budreiser. We can only hope Asobo is working on a patch/upgrade as we speak to fix these issues.
  11. I take back what I said above. Worst flight ever. Started with the mouse pointer flickering so bad, I couldn't operate many switches and buttons. THEN, my autopilot just clicked off by itself and wouldn't re-engage AT ALL. (Flying the FBW A320). Ok, I'll just hand fly into my approach. WRONG!!! The plane went into a sudden barrel roll and wouldn't recover. Had to quit the flight but I'm sure it'll be a new episode of Air Crash Investigation. This update screwed up my simulator. First time that's ever happened. Come on Asobo, get your $hit together!!
  12. No issues here either, and I also didn't upgrade my drivers. Seemingly every time I do, I get the dreaded "graphics card error low memory" crash.
  13. I'm sticking with what works as well. Took me awhile to find the procedure to roll back, and once I did, MSFS has been working great. No need to keep updating drivers at the moment.
  14. My new PC doesn't even have a disc drive. Bad news for me, as I have several CD-ROMS I can't play anymore. But much like radio and TV, streaming services and downloads are becoming the norm...
  15. Been that way for me for awhile. Once I'm on the localizer, I watch the right side; once that diamond is lined up, I engage Approach. Just something I got used to since way back when,.
  16. So far so good. I found a profile to make my jetways work at KLAS FlyTampa airport and now I’m content. I had this program in FSX so I’m aware of its addition to realism.
  17. Duh me. I installed the MS Store version instead of the Steam version. got it working now.
  18. Anyone have this? I bought the full version and installed it. Shows it's installed and active. However, in game, it's not in the content manager nor the tool bar, as if it doesn't exist, so of course, it's nowhere in the sim itself. I have the MS Store version of MSFS. The program installed into the add on manager which is located in program files x86. I've no idea what's going on. I posted at FSDT's forums but so far, no response. I'm almost ready to get a refund. I shouldn't have to have a degree in IT to install this damn thing.
  19. I have a similar issue with the Flybywire A320. I'll be at 33,000 ft and ATC tells me to descend and maintain 2,000 just 25 or so NM from final. Unless I break the speed threshold and hit the "expedite" button, there's no way to do that. I saw a YouTube video on how to calculate the begin descent distance, but it doesn't always work out so well. Now, I do like you do, and just request descent altitudes on my own.
  20. Standard. It's what I played during the $1 trial. Didn't want to risk taxing my new system.
