Included in this package are repaints from every squadron in the RAF from 2016. FSX/P3D V3 Vought FU7 Cutlass Updated With New Panels. The Vought F7U Cutlass was a United States Navy carrier-based jet fighter and fighter-bomber of the early Cold War era. It was a highly unusual, semi-tailless design, allegedly based on aerodynamic data and plans captured from the German Arado company at the end of World War II. Regarded as a radical departure from traditional aircraft design, the Cutlass suffered from numerous technical and handling problems throughout its short service career. The type was responsible for the deaths of four test pilots and 21 other US Navy pilots. This is an FSX update of the model deigned by RanchoJen models and features a modified 2D panel and a highly detailed static VC (non-functional gauges). Automatic smoke and afterburner effects added. Credits go to the designers mentioned above, whom I've tried to ask their permission for this update but their e-mail as well as the link mentioned in their readme is invalid anymore. Modified 2D panel, new static VC as well as effect configuration by Michael Pook.

FSX Italian Air Force Eurofighter Typhoon MM7340. This is a repaint of MM7340/4-9. The IX Gruppo special, MM7340/4-9, was designed by Silvano Mainini and Andrea Scomparin (who are also behind many other famous paint jobs including the special liveries of the last Grosseto F-104 Starfighters back in 2003). It sports the squadronâ€™s white rearing horse and â€œ9â€ squadron number on the left hand side of the tail and the horse and IX numeral on the right one. Used by Major M Somerton-Rayner and his team as the official Army Air Corps entry in the 1969 BP England to Australia Air Race. Presented to the Shuttleworth Collection by the Army Air Corps in January 1971. Sold in 1983 and passed through several owners. Currently airworthy and based at Eggesford airfield, Devon. Allocated to the Christmas Island Reinforcement Party during the nuclear testing in 1957. The aircraft was fitted with spray booms to spray a mixture of Parafin and DDT over the RAF camp as a insect control. Struck off charge at Christmas Island in February 1963.
