It's just I'm surprised to see it on a Coast to Coast jaunt that didn't have a GB starting or ending point. Recently we've posted a lot about the 747. Molly and my first flight on a 747 was on the "City of Westminster," a BA plane. And yes, back then BA at least named a lot of their aircraft much as you or I might name a boat or a ship. We flew on that 747 from Logan to Heathrow in 1982. We were seated in Coach but probably had more sitting room and much better food than many flights have in Business these days. BTW: We also flew back to Logan a few weeks later on a 747. Sadly, I didn't take a picture of it so I can't remember what it was named.
