  1. I've been using the version for many years now with no issues. Now I'm getting this error when I try to load FSX or I select no, I will start a flight and about 10 minutes in the message will pop up again: Flight Simulator has detected a problem with a third-party software program (add-on): Name: FSUIPC4 DLL: FS new universal IPC Interface Version: 4.974 Company: Peter L. Dowson File: Modules\FSUIPC4.dll Do you want to run this software (not recommended)? To avoid seeing this message in the future, uninstall this program or disable its ability to start when running Flight Simulator. For more information about third-party programs, contact the publisher or see http:\www.fsinsider.com. The closest discussion I found in the forum is at the following link and I've tried the suggestions and nothing is working: Weather.dll Problem - FSUIPC4.DLL - FSUIPC Support Pete Dowson Modules - The simFlight Network Forums Thanks in advance.
  2. Not at all. If memory serves, I believe DC was built on a swamp. :-)
  3. Great flight and scenery. Love Key West.
  4. Now that is a story I enjoy! Thanks for that. Nothing better than financial planning
  5. Well, after almost a month reviewing the virus ETS I submitted my comments. I thought I would celebrate by delivering them in person. Part 1 Please see PART 2
  6. Thanks Michael! Depending on what happens with this tyrannical jab mandate, I may end up in an unplanned early retirement! I’ve been reading the almost 500 page “rule” from the Federal Register and it’s a power grab, money laundering joke from my point of view. No court in their right mind should let this thing pass.
  7. I’m not sure. Still hanging out here! Pick you up on the next trip
  8. I sure have missed being in the sim. Hopefully I’ll get in more time again! It seems the closer I get to retirement there is more to do! I’d definitely like to stay south right now.
