Hi mr zippy i got in touch with the developers at OFX they werent aware of any issues and wondered if it was my UTX europe? Which i doubt! They also said try deleting corsica_mesh.bgl - this isnt in my download was it in yours by any chance? No update from them yet!

Sorry guys yep windows 10, FSX deluxe installed in its own folder on my M drive. Have had this issue occassionally but normally resolved by a reboot but this time they just wont budge? Pretty sure my UAC is off. I could try it in safemode i guess?

Hi peeps I recently downloaded and installed UHSS Sakhalin scenery from avsim.ru but i have 7 .dds files in the scenery download folder that will not copy or cut across to the scenery folder in my UHSS addon scenery folder in FSX? I cant even delete them as it keeps telling me they are in use by windows? Ive tried reboots etc to no avail?????? The files are labelled F1, Z8.........from what i can recall (im on my tablet writing this so cant check at mo). Any ideas? It would be nice to just delete em but moving them would be ideal.

Hi Peeps has anyone downloaded the LFKC_Calvi scenery for FSX over at Rikoo? If so have you got the buildings visible? Mine dont show at all and not sure why - no help from Rikoo yet!

Any idea what the blank.htm is for in the UIRES folder Jim? BTW i sorted the font issue - trebuchet MS is simply given as trebuc in the FSX font folder? Changing to trebuchet MS did the trick. Thanks for all your help Mick

Hi Jim I figured it out by playing around with it! Sadly the font face will not change in the FSX briefing window (it does change in the online HTML tho?) - I have tried trebuc and segoeuisl to no avail. But what a difference tho!!!! cheers! Mick

Youve really opened my eyes to the possibilties of this Jim thanks a lot. Just a quickie do the ???> go at the bottom of every line/sentence you want to change? IE ??????????????????????????????? Thanks for all the help Mick

Thanks Jim that did the trick, i dialled back to font size=1 and it looks great. Still cant get around the wordwrap issue but with a little jiggery and spacing between country sets it looks cool. Fascinating website too i tried changing the text colour using but it didnt take - maybe a limitation in FSX? Now i can check which airports have addon scenery before selecting one!!!!!

Hi Jim sorry to say it doesnt work? I have added a long list of my addon airport scenery to the 'nobrief' htm in UIRES, they show up under ALT>Aircraft>Kneeboard>Briefing when in the game but the text is too big and it appears 'Briefing' text is on wordwrap by default. I was attempting to reduce the font size so the list would appear normally. Sadly reducing the text size (9pt to 6pt) in the style.css headings given has no effect.

This was a problem with Traffic360 too - it often occurrred when the 'compile flighplans' wasnt completed. Justflight forgot to mention this small step in there instructions.

Sorry mallcott i meant the game architecture as maddox did for IL2 and transformed the sim.

It might be useful to post a screenshot of your install file tree? Im guessing this is something really simple that has been missed. FSX Deluxe has run on win10 for me from day one its on my M drive as M:/Microsoft FSX. Your rigs more than adequate so this all points to user error.
