I have just recently installed FS2020 and, to my amazement, it seems to be running fine on my older computer with the settings at medium...Question: Where in the world did it install itself? I cannot find the "root" folders to add scenery, planes, etc...I know it is probably simple, but I need help! Thanks a lot... Steve

Currently using P3d V4.5 in it's latest (and I suppose last, update!)...Just returning to it after several years and would like to begin updating scenery...Many of the sceneries on the Orbx site, both free and paid, say that the Global Base add-on is necessary while others say the same thing about Regions (PNW etc.)...Do I actually need both? Will there be a big difference with both and do they ever interfere with each other? At present, my installation is "virgin" with no addons and I intend to use only Orbx products...Any advice will be most welcome! Thank you. Steve in Kansas

I installed MS Flight Simulator 2020 on my D:/ drive...I can't find it! The simulator runs fine but how do I locate the "Community" folder that I need to install some additional scenery? (Makes me feel my age!) Thanks a lot... Steve

I have spent the last three hours (after a 2 day mental health break) trying to install p3d 5.2...I get into the install for about 2 minutes and then get the error message that my disk is full...I know it is referring to my "C" drive, the OS drive...I am trying to install the program into my "F" drive, an SSD...I have deleted everything that I feel safe deleting from "C" but apparently I still do not have enough for the install...Is there a way to "trick" the installer into using a different drive for its background workings during the install process? Otherwise I think I am doomed to failure! Thanks for your assistance! Steve in Kansas

OK, this might be the dumb question of the day, but where can I purchase FS2020 for the PC? All I seem to find is the program for the X-Box...Or are they the same download? Excuse my ignorance! (It comes naturally)... Steve

Probably an elementary question but I wanted to be sure before I proceed...As best as I can tell, X-Plane 11 installs everything in one folder; No hidden files anywhere...So, if i want to do as complete backup or move the program to a new SSD, I could simply copy the original install directory to that location and it would work? I have downloaded both the Fruit Stand and FAIB aircraft libraries as required for some downloaded sceneries...Do I place them in the Custom Scenery directory or in the Aircraft directory? (The readme files are a bit confusing)...Thanks a lot! Steve in Kansas

Hi: I have downloaded numerous great freeware P3D airports uploaded by the nice folks here at FlightSim...Really nice stuff...I was wondering if there is a relatively easy way to add some static aircraft at some of these airports...They can look pretty bare without them! Not interested in AI Traffic, (maybe later), just adding some airliners and GA planes...Is there a source of static planes that can be placed as I have described? Many thanks for your advice! Steve

Hi: I am doing a fresh install of FS2004 and am wondering if I have installed Ultimate Terrain in the correct location in the Scenery Library...Should UT remain at the bottom of all future addon scenery? Thanks!

Just purchased p3d and cannot install...Error message says that there is not enough room on my drive...There is plenty of room on the drive...Is this a common problem and, if so, how do I solve it? Thanks!
