I purchased the Air Manager for iPad this morning and I am getting nowhere fast. I designed a basic, generic panel intending on trying the app out. Now what do I do? How do I assign the panel to an aircraft? How do I save the panel? How do I select that panel? I think I could get hooked on this app once I figure it out. Is there any step-by-step guide for designing and loading my designs? I am able to connect to the sim (p3d) easily and have loaded the Sim innovation drivers. Any assistance appreciated!

Does anyone have an experience with the Air Manager App for iPad and MS2020? It really looks good on the App Store. Interesting Question: Why would it cost 65 Euros on the makers website and $23 on the App Store? Any opinions welcome! Thanks a lot...

Hi: Whenever I activate the "Slew" mode, the FS goes wild, moving at Warp speed around the scenery, leaving me who knows where. I have tried calibrating my yoke but that does not help. Is there a way to slow down the Slew rate? Sometimes it just comes in real handy after one of my not so perfect landings! Thanks a lot...

Hi: I have begun noticing some tearing in my scenery, usually at an obvious division, say, between reflections or where a beach meets the water, etc. The tearing goes right along as I turn and fills in behind itself (if that makes sense) ...Which of my graphics settings, if any, would maybe stop this? Thanks a lot!

Try as I might, I still am having difficulty setting a standard cockpit view. The combination of getting the best view forward from the cockpit and yet being able to see enough of the controls, gauges, etc., eludes me. When I try to zoom out the forward view, I lose the panel views! Could someone give me a few tips on how to set this combination? Thanks a lot!

Hello again: Does anyone here use the Elgato Stream Deck XL for MS2020? Seems like it would be great for the program and easier on eyes that are getting older! If you do use it, is it easy to program? I do notice that there are many "profiles" available for various aircraft...Any input would be appreciated!

I have been considering the purchase of several of the "Night "Enhancement" packs available on the Marketplace. Has anyone had any experience with any of them and what are your opinions? Some of them look spectacular. Any advice appreciated!

Hello: Yes, I have tried and tried to find the answer to my question! Is there a key command that will duplicate the old "S" view command in FSX and cycle between three or four views and return to the standard cockpit view? I suspect there is, I just can't find it! Hello: I would like to create a personal map of the world showing the locations of my airport/scenery addons in MS2020. I have tried Google Maps, but I don't like all of the ads and suggestions, etc. Could someone recommend a program (low cost if possible!) that would allow me to do this, including the insertion of individually created icons to differentiate various types of locations? I am not talking about a "moving map" or flight following addon; Just a map for viewing on the computer. Any advice appreciated!

I am confused regarding (well, lots of things actually!), but in P3d world, Terrain Mesh and Photoreal sceneries. Starting with a fresh install of P3d Ver 5.3 Hotfix 3, Should I add something like FreeMeshX Global and then Photoreal Sceneries on top of that? If I do, how do I place them in priority in the Scenery Library? I hope the question is clear enough...Thanks for the assistance!

Why does much of my scenery in V5.3 float above the ground? My only add-on is Orbx Global. Fresh install with Hotfix 3 applied. Assistance appreciated!

I just realized that it is possible to make a backup of FSX-SE through the Steam site. Does anyone know if this backup includes the addon scenery that has been added to the simulator or is it just the basic FSX program? Seems like it would be silly not to include the addon scenery. What would be the point of doing a backup when you could just re-download the program and re-load the scenery yourself? Any information you could provide would be much appreciated! Thanks! Hello: I am trying to complete my goal of downloading scenery from all 50 US states and territories. States were easy, but I have not been able to locate scenery for these US Territories: Baker Island Howland Island Jarvis Island Navassa Island These islands are unoccupied, so photo/mesh scenery would be fine as there are no airports (At least I don't think there are!}, just so I can say my collection is complete. Could someone steer me to scenery files for these locations? Thanks a lot... (Next goal is all 219 countries in the world!)

Should libraries be all grouped together in the scenery order? Should they be on the top of the library list (Low number) or at the bottom of the list (High number)? Thanks!

Hello: I am looking for a generic set of profiles for the Honeycomb Alpha and Bravo units for either FSX-SE and/or MS2020...I don't want to apply them to a specific plane, although I usually fly the Cessna 172 Classic in MS2020, just the basic controls for a single engine prop, twin engine prop...So far, doing this myself has resulted in several disasters...If anyone knows of a source of such profiles, could you clue me in? It would go a long way toward saving my sanity (or at least what is left!) Thanks a lot!

Hi: I am a new user of X-Plane 11.55; For some non-apparent reason. I cannot get blue skies and perfectly clear weather in the simulator...It always appears gray and foggy...I have tried every setting I can find related to weather with no luck...Can someone advise me? Thanks...

Question for anyone using the Bravo Throttle Quadrant with Ver 5.3: Have you been able to program the gear lever? I cannot find the binding for the "Up" setting, just the up/down setting, usually assigned to the "G" key...Can someone clue me in as to how to program the lever so it functions properly? Thanks a lot!

Just did a complete fresh install of the simulator…Here are the summary loading times: First Start After Clean Install: 4:16 Second Start After Clean Install: 2:58 First Start With 140gb Community Folder: 11:06 Second Start With 140gb Community Folder: 6:41 So, for my peace of mind, it seems like I am pretty much in the range that everyone is experiencing…Maybe MS will include faster loading times in the future, but I can live with this for a while!

Hi: I am using P3d Ver 5.3....When I activate "Slew" the screen goes into Warp 5 and I end up miles away from where I started before I can even tap the key to stop...Any suggestions on how to correct this? Thanks!

Hi: I have been waiting for a response from the forum at MAIW but have not heard from anyone over there so I thought I would post here and hope someone can assist me...Will the scenery and aircraft at MAIW work in P3d Ver 5.3? They indicate function in Ver 4 but make no mention of any later versions...Thanks for any advice given!
