    Error 5013

Just purchased a new desktop computer. When I attempted to install P3d, I received Error 5013, "Too Many Activations" I emailed License Support, but still have not heard from them...Hoping to be able to use the simulator on Christmas morning, but it is getting close! They say 2 business days but that is past...Is there any other "work around" for this situation? Thanks, Steve in Kansas
  3. I have an iPad that is not being used…What is the easiest way to attach the iPad to MS2020 for use as a second monitor for GPS, Map, etc? Thanks!
  4. OK, my pride is out the window...I am now begging for help programming my new Bravo Quadrant autopilot...No matter what I do, or no matter how many YouTube videos I stare at, I cannot get it functioning properly...Either the bindings do exactly the opposite of what I intended, the Increase and Decrease knob adjusts two setting at once, etc, etc, and so on...Is there any source of step by step, idiot and senior citizen proof instructions out there on how to go from zero to programmed? And yes, I have searched till my fingers are numb...Help will be appreciated!
  5. I'm looking for a Cessna 172 with the old style gauges on the panel for MS2020...No fancy electronic "all in one" instruments...Anybody have any ideas? Thanks!
  6. I am looking for some extra levers for my Bravo Quadrant...I just need a couple of black and a couple of red levers...Honeycomb is out of them...Can someone steer me to a source? Thanks...
  7. Hi: How do most of you bind the axis for the three engine planes, i.e., JU-52? Using a Bravo Throttle Quadrant...Can I bind more than one engine on an axis? Really confused and I don't particularly want to reconfigure the throttle quadrant between every different plane...Thanks for the help!
  8. Thanks...We lost part of a fence and the roof of our backyard shed was damaged but that's all...Very lucky!
  9. Not a screenshot, but a live photo during today's dust storm at KGCK, Garden City, Kansas
  10. (Sorry: I meant "Serious Help) I am desperate...Apparently my exe.xml file has been corrupted and I can no longer run the simulator...It returns me to the desktop immediately after the "Game Of The Year" splashscreen...I had just purchased the Bravo Throttle Quadrant and tried to install the program for it, "AFC Bridge"...Something screwed up! Here is a copy of my current exe.xml file: AFCBridge False C:\Users\LTCSZ\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\Packages\community\AFC_Bridge\bin\AFC_Bridge.exe Could someone take a look at it and tell me what's wrong? I have deleted the AFCBridge program from the Community folder, but no luck...I am really needing help, otherwise I am looking at deleting the entire simulator, downloading it again and redownloading all of my add-ons...Any assistance will be GREATLY appreciated! Steve in Kansas
  11. Has anyone here purchased and flown the PMDG DC-6? I have a serious craving for this aircraft but wanted some experienced opinions before I purchase it...I have never paid as much for any simulator add-on and sure would appreciate any advice given! Thanks... Steve
  12. Hi: I am a new user of MS2020 and am having difficulty getting good outside views of my aircraft such as I see posted here...Does anyone know of a good tutorial on setting up external views and taking screenshots? Sorry if this is too simplistic a question, but I am lost...Thanks a lot!
  13. is this the default scenery of Portland? I lived in South Portland for 11 years...Beautiful stuff! Thanks,
  14. Great photos! I am still having problems setting up outside views such as these...Are you using an external program for these screenshots or the internal cameras in the simulator? Thanks, Steve in Kansas
  15. Several files that I have downloaded give me an installation error saying that the "path is too long"...Is there any cure for this? Thanks, Steve

  17. I just purchased a Bravo Quadrant and the light problem is still there...Did you ever solve the problem? Thanks...
  18. Hi: I am a fairly patient person, but I have tried everything I can think of to get the lights on the Bravo Throttle Quadrant to work...I have downloaded drivers, the drivers appear to be installed as the drivers are installed in my community folder...I have watched every YouTube video I can find on getting the lights to function, but nothing works...( I also fly P3d, and the lights work perfectly)...Can anyone give me suggestions on what else to try>? Thanks a lot, Steve in Kansas
  19. Here I sit in front of my computer as frustrated as Elizabeth Taylor's eighth husband on their wedding night...I have been trying to set up some exterior views to no avail...Here's what I have been trying to accomplish: Starting out simply, I want to program a key on the keyboard to give me the cycle of views that the "S" key used to provide on FSX and before: Cycle through Left Exterior, Right Exterior, Rear Exterior and Front Exterior...I can get more complex later...Can someone give me the step by step directions to accomplish this? Probably once I become familiar with how to do this simple process I will be able to build on it and go from there...I really appreciate any help provided! Thanks a lot... Steve in Kansas
  20. Hi: I am having difficulty finding the correct setting to program the “ALT UP” and “ALT Down” on my Autopilot…I have the HDG settings ok, but what do I choose for up and down? No choice seems to be present to choose! (Lots to learn!)…Thanks, Steve
  21. For some reason, MS2020 is not saving my control profiles...I set up a profile for the throttle and joystick (Thrustmaster Hotus) and the next time I run the program the profile has vanished and I have to start all over again! Frustrating to say the least...If anyone has a suggestion for me to try I would sure appreciate it! Thanks... Steve in Kansas
