I think I am reasonably bright, but I simply cannot figure out how to set up even basic views…Some of them seem to be called by different names than I am used to…As are some functions…When I want to pause the program to, say, take a screen shot and I use the “” key, the program pauses but the main menu is placed in front of my flight view so it is useless…How do I do a simple “Pause” without the menu popping up? I can’t determine where the simple “Slew” function is…I want to set the “Eyepoints” but can’t figure out how to do it…It seems that some of the flight controls have also been linked to view commands…I would sure appreciate a simple guide to setting the simplest of views…Thanks a lot!

I need some advice on monitors/TV for my flight sim, P3d Ver 4.5...I need to replace my old monitor (Is smoke coming out the back bad?) I would really like a larger screen size (Currently 24") and am torn between a 32" monitor and a 40" TV...Just wondering what the resolution would look like...I know a lot of folks use huge screens but I can't afford that and wouldn't have anywhere to put it anyway...Any advice or suggestions would be really appreciated! My grandson was using my MSFS2020 the other day and somehow managed to get his name to appear on several panels in several different planes...(See attached screenshot)...I can't figure out how he did it...(He won't do it again!)...Can someone please tell me how to change or remove the name? Suddenly my P3d V4.5 has stopped scanning my airplanes file...When I try to change aircraft the planes never come up on the screen for me to choose...It just sits there...I need help! Is there any .cfg type file I can delete/edit to make the program re-scan the planes? Thanks! Steve

Has anyone figured out a way to make some sort of keyboard template for FSX or other simulators? I have tried cutting little pieces of tape to stick on the keys, etc., but I can't come up with anything that really works well...Maybe a computer printable template of individual key stickers? Just wondering if anyone here has experience with "Traffic Global" from Just Flight in P3d V4.5...It is pretty expensive, but I have had difficulty trying other traffic programs...This program claims to "do it all", contain all needed AI aircraft, update flight plans, etc., and easily...I would sure appreciate any comments/experiences you could share...Thanks a lot! What is the best/easiest way to get some static aircraft at the stock P3d V4.5 airports? I have all of the "Traffic" sliders maxed but, for example, I landed at O'Hare in Chicago and there were about three of the stock planes sitting at gates and several on the taxiways but no "real" airline or GA planes to be seen...I don't necessarily want moving traffic, just static planes at gates, etc...Is there a way to fix this?
