  1. Thanks Dave, here is the tail logo:
  2. I found this interesting little jobby, it's a Dornier DO-28 used for parachute jumps, ceiling height 20.000ft, she flies well too, I did a quick paint job on her for fun. The Paint
  3. Thanks Tim, on this model there is only one lol. I have a few S.73's in my hanger, various models, I converted some of them for AI use.
  4. I spotted this small prop on the right hand side of the aircraft, it seems to be in sync with the props, does anybody know what it is? The red arrow I put there it isn't on the AC. Col.
  5. here are some but if you go in the google search and type FS2004 Savoia Marchetti it throws up a few link for downloads. https://www.fs2000.org/2007/12/19/fs2004-savoia-marchetti-s-73-2/ https://www.fs2000.org/2008/04/17/fs2004fsx-savoia-marchetti-s-81-pipistrello/ http://www.flight-simulator-world.org/download/fs2004-fsx-savoia-marchetti-s-73/
  6. On this Subject of Tr-Motor Aircraft I recently downloaded 8 different versions of Savoia Marchetti aircraft, funny thing is I used to have them all on my old Hard drive before it crashed and I lost them. Col.
  7. Not really Larry, Jan (peer01) takes that crown lol. Col.
  8. An old bird from Italy, the Fiat GA12 CA, there are more versions to come of the G12, I know Jan already has them so he may post his collection. I couldn't help but wonder what the aircraft would look like without that nose engine, so I put the DC3 nose on it as an example lol.
  9. Thanks for the link Jan, I was looking back at some of your older posts, you inspired me to download a lot of these old birds, I did have some on my old hard drive but lost them all when it crashed. You may remember I did a retro version of FS and had mostly the old aircraft, very few jets, that was where I needed the older props lol. Col.
  10. I did a quick search but could only fine 3 Farman aircraft for FS9, but not the the 430 above. Col.
  11. Another oldie from the French, the Wibault 283T (Trimotor). I wish they had put a pilot in it though lol.
  12. Jan remembers that, he was a young boy then though lol.
  13. Hi Larry, yes you are right of course it just has a similar look. I tweaked my model to use as an ai plus I gave it a bit more boost too, not much but it now flies that bit faster.
  14. I have a couple more Potez aircraft in my hangar. Col.
  15. This reminds me of a Dragon Rapide, who else thinks so?
  16. Jan they do a discount for senior citizens lol.
  17. I know Chuck, as I said in my first post it was to stop the ai from swaying to and fro during flight, by disabling the wind that stops, it was mainly for visual effects. Mind you do hear of sailing vessels being becalmed because the wind had dropped. Col.
  18. Another interesting one now I set the wind to zero, I notice the wind farms still spin even though there is no wind, I realise they are animated but it made me smile lol. Col.
  19. You nailed it Larry, thank you. I had another look and I only had it set to zero in one layer, I widened the layer and in doing so also got a nice effect with the clouds too. I followed a flight from takeoff to level flight, at first the wind was zero then it very slowly increased to 7 knots, I thought it wasn't working then it slowly dropped again to zero. I'll play about with it a bit more now, thanks again Larry. Col.
  20. Thanks Larry but that is what I did when I said in my above post 'User Defined Weather, but I must be setting it wrong somehow, I selected the wind to zero but once in the air it was still there. I'll have another look.
  21. This may seem like a strange question, I know I can clear the weather in FSUIPC so there is no wind, but it also clears the clouds. I tried doing user defined weather by having the wind as zero but wind still blows. The reason I ask is when viewing ai aircraft every so often they do this sway to a fro which I don't like, if I clear all weather in FSUIPC the wind is zero and the swaying stops, the aircraft flies straight all the time unless changing course. So what I want is to still have some clouds but no wind, so is there a way to do this? Col.
  22. We are lucky to have napamule on this forum, he is a genius with contact points plus other stuff too. Col.
  23. I've seen this a few times lately, either a miss-spelled air file or none at all, you can replace it with the default B737, that seems to be a good all round air file that works with a lot of aircraft. Just look at CalClassics aircraft, they use it on lots of their aircraft and they all fly OK.
