KLAS and KBOS airport terminal buildings missing walls and AI traffic crashes program. Anyone know if and when the MSFS geniuses are going to fix these issues? I can't get any answer from MSFS support forums.

Is there a way to resize the MSFS Developers FPS window? I see in the online videos the window is smaller then mine.

I have read in the forums.flightsimulator.com a lot of people are experimenting these Exception code: 0xc0000005 ctd's. I to have and though I haven't tried every possible settings as there are so many they are so random I have tried with an empty community folder as well as close to a hundred mod's installed and have flown anywhere from thirty minutes too four hours before hitting the crash. I have read at least fifty different folks asking the same question and researching the net no clear answer so now my question is to the designers just what is their build and settings. Surly a controlled environment and though ,they give you the minimum requirements to run MSFS. first, every bodies PC is different that's why they call it a PC but I fail to understand why they would release a game or program that isn't a little more friendly to the common man for lack of a better description. So in closing does anyone know the build and environment settings our trusty Microsoft engineers use? Remember that movie"Sully" near the end when he challenges the findings of the pilots using a simulator to create what happened to him? I just wish they would come up with a more stable platform say using my build and make it work instead of having the luxury of setting up the computer to accommodate the program rather then force the program to work on the computer. I am trying the program now with Live weather and AI traffic off the Jury is still out on that one. I am still open to anyone elses settings I might not have tried as well.

I woke up this morning and when I started MSFS as usual didn't see anything about an update but after I read online there was a :Hot Fix" coming out in a few days I hit alt+enter to see what I have and my sim shows 1.18.15.0. I guess it updated itself. The designers for this program are unbelievable. I don't mind spending $100,00 but my time it is like one step forward and two steps back with these people who are they? You missed them point. My builds run my simulators fine FSX, FS9 MSFS fine. It is the third party mods that are giving me issues after this last update and my questions is did the designer not know they where going to screw up all these add odd ons from places like flightsim.to comme on! The add ons are half the fun. I am not that good at it but I personally placed some 68 Nimitz Aircraft Carriers around the world in FSX complete with WOAI Tomcats A7s six on a carrier on flight plans that actully stop in the trap zones. I know this is a new sim but it took us one step forward and two steps back.

I really am at a loos here after spending a month trying out MSFS and with great success with the free xbox trial that came with my new laptop I purchased the premium edition and add heck 200 plus mods with great success again only to have whomever is designing this program send us an update that virtually ruined every free and paid add on I installed. I think that it must have been on purpose because it sure was a cheap shot and even though as some have updated their work so we could reinstall it how redundant. Is it a matter of money? I have vented here as well as a lot of others but now I am not going to complain I just want to know why they did that to us. I mam past the anger now I am hurt. I would really like to ask the person or persons responsible why. The game on it''s own will run fine without the add ons that give it some life because MS surly didn't like the bridges. If I wanted to look at the google map I can do that own my phone watching real airlines come and go from the Reno airport where I live. I downloaded and installed the free Europe upgrade and improvements and they did a nice job on London

um,mmm it is all coming back Ha! I think for now I will keep my Saitek with my FSX and use my Thrustmaster with MSFS. Thank you for this info I am sure other folks can use it to! Saitek hardware is nice but I found can be a little tricky.

Actually that sounds easier then what I went through until I stumbled on the usb 2.0 and 3.0 deal I mean how many people go into the bios for anything unless they really know what they are doing.

I am using an old Thrustmaster Pro and Thrustmaster peddles which kind of reminds me when flying the Cessna and Stearman I bought of those old Cox gas airplanes as well as the bigger ones I built with a Fox 0.35 stunt engine out of balsa wood and silk span if any of you are old enough but I have a complete set up of the Saitek hardware Pro Yolk, Peddles, switch Box Autopilot as well as the X52 Pro throttle and joy stick tricky to set up but runs my FSX and FS9 slick as a Jenny's tail but not sure it would work with windows 10 (reason being first trick to get the drivers instaled had to go into the BIOS and disable the 3.0 usb setting) seems saitek only likes the 2.0 usb. Just wondered if anybody has tried Saitek with MSFS and how well it worked.. I do use the registered FSUIPC as well i8n FSX. I checked out some Elephants this evening oddly though when I hit Esc and went to load a new flight the program locked up and had to task manager out. Started back up OK but wonder with everything going on from this last update might have something to do with it. I took the leap of faith and installed the update 5 world updates and looks like they actually did a fair job on London but I am an American and I like to fly out of Boston a lot. The terminal buildings well on has no walls just the jet ways and a floating deck and come on the Boston Bridges? A six year old could build a better looking bridge with Lego blocks. Like a sucker I bought the Premium edition and even though it will work stand alone it really works better and probably on purpose using the XBox platform. I have tried it both ways. I wouldn't mind except we were told it was going to be better then it is and I stand by two rules in my life. 1. Do not lie to me and 2, Don't get me hurt. If it wasn't for all the help over the years from everybody here Members and Moderators with what I learned from FS9 and FSX but after a clean reinstall two days of trial and error I got my MSFS up and running pretty good even got the Bijan Seasons to work and over a 120 of scenery and aircraft mod's installed in my community folder. Gees so it can be bone but not for the timid that's for sure. I think 3/4 of it had to do with luck. So for all the folks out there going through what I just went through stay vigilant. Yes, the FS95 I had an Acer CPU 60mhz with the bumbchip. Actually, I have MSFS running pretty smooth occasional crash when experimenting with addons of course and I am running it I found back through the XBox platform even though I have the Premium edition I have tried it up until this last update a stand alone program. I understand why like you said but having been flying MS since 1995 FS9 and FSX there was no need for that so why pray tell me did they have to design it the way they did or were they smoking crack?

I think I got it working unbelievable the way this new FS was designed having to pretty much start over every time you want to update. What were they smoking?

Now that I am getting a better understanding on how the MSFS really works though I fail to comprehend the reasoning of the MS designers like having to remove all of your add ons and or Modifications before updating their idea of improvements, I am definitely gun shy ,of making any changes to my Premium addition of then game so I would really appreciate any and all advice and this question today is looking at the CaptureFS utility requires the FSUICP Module. Now I have and use John Dowson's FSUIPC the paid upgrade in my FSX and the free one for my FS9 with great success so what might I expect trying it with MSFS? Can I expect opening up ma can of worms like a lot of other thins micro—poop throws at us like this last 1.18.13.0 update?

It wouldn't be so bad but all the bs marketing hype and then just wait for the 3rd part developers to fix things for the rest of us. Just wish we could get the graphics into our FSX now that would be glorious!

After the last update for MSFS 1.8.3 the older V5 edition of Bijan Seasons would hang up the program and after asking for help and downloading the new V6 edition now just crashes before startup. Contacted the designer, he said contact Sim Market ,Sim Market said contact the designer then they both said oh MS will fix it. I am 65 years old and sorry I have very little patience anymore due to the lack of integrity in the world but maybe someone here can help. The seasons worked very well before and it isn't the twenty bucks I would like to make them work again. This is the computer I am using for MSFS and working rather well.
