Oh yes but with the geniuses that continually give us mandatory updates (we just had one again) you never know' I have learned you know to empty the community folder first and I have my premium edition running pretty smooth except for this one issue oh, and the marketplace download and buy buttons grayed out so I can't get the Australia update (waiting on them to respond) (I will go back to AIG traffic but their site is down right now for some goofy glitch. AIG traffic requires the MSFS offline traffic to be turned off see and for several months have not had no ctd so I must be doing something right I just don't understand why they do not fix this issue they know about it it is in one ofm their recommend work around to turn the off line traffic off.

Been using the MSFS program for over a year and found that turning off the off and online traffic stops the ctd issue. I have used the AIG AI traffic without issues but bought Aerosoft's Tool Simple Traffic and it works great except I have to turn on my offline traffic and just like before with the msfs traffic after about an hour or less get a ctd. Updated to the 1.22 and since the marketplace buttons were grayed out decided to start new reinstall but the discovered I couldn't ,reinstall the AIG AI their site is down and the marketplace buttons still grayed out can't update the free Australia. Is there no end to the ridicules snafus in MSFS? Cant't get any response from their support desk. I am s frustrated with this I been flying the simulator since 1995,2004,FSX Gees.

Glad I am not the only one. They always try to blame us and our end for their messes and then us our knowledge base to fix things. I think everything they have listed to buy can be found at other sites anyway.

Like I said I left mt AIG folder in the community folder because taking it out you have to redo the entire AIG program and with windows 10 without the addon linker there is a file name being to long anyway it worked before the last update with all my mods in place. Unless I get real desperate I will wait until the next mandatory update before trying something that will not fix it and waste more time reinstalling then flying.

Not sure what happened since the last update but the purchase bottoms to buy in my MSFS Market Place are greyed out and I can't purchase anything. I looked online for the fix and tried everything signing out and back in the program, XBox ect. I emptied the community folder with the exception of my AIG AI airlines because if I do that I will need to reinstall all my airlines about two hours work if you move that folder I also use the Addon Linker utility with it however, the Market, Place worked before with all that anyway. Any ideas welcome

I have the Flyinside Bell47 for MSFS and I downloaded the Sebastian Knorr's Mash livery download and for some reason the main fuselage frame is white not green and I don't know why. His picture shows it should be green

Just wondering why the MSFS creates a CVT folder for some addons and why.

After this last update the marketplace text isn't present at the top of the screen and when I go in there the buy feature and download buttons are greyed out. I have researched online and tried everything recommended sign out reboot sign in. Unbelievable. I thought I had a handle on the msfs program lots of aircraft the Reno air race package working helicopters AIG ai working not like I don't know what I am doing but gees. I was going to buy the Bell 47 helicopter. I like getting some of these aircraft through the store easier to get updates but I am a little ticked off at the microsoft and the xbox platform. Anyway enough venting anyone else having issues with the marketplace? I have read it is nothing new but I have tried about everything I found online. I did find the vender for the Bell 47 I can just buy it from them I guess. I removed everything from the community file as well not sure what I might have missed.

I have been playing with the AirlandFS and with great results except for two different downloads. The destroyer 121-sh60 (both models) and the rsp-125. Just not connecting to the profile and attempting manually not working. Throttle up just no response. I must be doing something right because I have the UH-1H Huey ,H34 and R44 helicopters working automatically picking up the profile and flying. Any suggestions?

I have added the free AIG AI utility and really works great (I got lucky) but I have at least one model airline missing textures (it comes up all white) I remember a couple from my FSX that were missing textures (they showed up all black) I recall Air France and United I think but I was able to locate the folder and fix it not sure how I can with MSFS. Anyone know what I am talking about? Not a big deal considering I must have fifty or more airlines installed already and to fall back one at a time ( I am 65 years old already) Ha! Ha! {48981759-12F2-42A6-A048-028B3973495F} is not present. There are only two numbers under the group policy objects folder. Maybe I should just upgrade to windows 10 pro. Would that affect my MSFS? I have it running so good I would hate to screw it up over this.

The first method I cannot do because I have no filesystem folder in windows 10 home. The second method I am brave enough to attempt but not sure what you mean by creating it as a DWORD (32-bit) though I understand how to set the value to 1

Don't give up, I was able to get it to work which was a real surprise. One thing that tripped me up and still is a pain is the number of characters allowed in the registry warning window. Just say ok and move on butit continues to pop up and slow me down. The feature to allow more in the windows 10 home is not there (good ol micro poop)

Frontier does fly to Sydney. I looked it up. Who knew!

With all the snafus I have read about and had a few myself I am getting a pretty good handle on MSFS having FS9 and FSX since 2004-2006 helps so I stumbled across the AIG AI free add on and a tutorial and it works! I think I got lucky but I do have a few questions if anyone here can help and the first on I have Frontier and Southwest airlines showing up in Sydney Australia and Tokyo as well as other places I didn't think they flew to and just wondered why. I am sure there are other unrealistic things happening it still sure is fun since one of my favorite past times is jumping in a Stearman and go checking out the AI I have installed in all my Sims thanks to MAIW and WOAI. Another question I have and remember from FSX a couple airline models missing textures and just showing up white. In my FSX I was able to actually locate the folder the was the culprit and either remove it or add a texture not sure how to do it in MSFS. I updated today and now the huds up display option on/off under the chase camera is missing. How do we turn of the heads up display now?

I have been looking and trying all of that. It was under the Options->Camera->Chase Camera->Instrument Heads-Up Display->Off but now there is no option there
