  1. Carenado have a series of vids on their website: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCqIFOR20uJgDFIDwO3C_2LA Do you need more?
  2. If it's not trimmed before applying AP, then it deffo won't be when you disconnect.... ALWAYS check your trim first!
  3. I have well over a thousand hours and still enjoy, in my case, P3D. I, and many others, use it to `preview` airports prior to a real-world visit. Sorry, but MSFS just doesn't float my boat as a simulation. Simply too inconsistent, with all these terminal - and non-optional - updates: When they get it right it should be a game-changer, but it's so far away at the moment...
  4. That's how you read it? I read - between the lines I admit - he's bailing on You Tube. As his recent output has been considerably lacklustre, it's definitely for the best! Obviously coming back to the UK has meant life has got in the way. I bet he''ll be back in some other format before too long...
  5. Lights are all wrong, so should be represented in `splash` or reflected form all through the cockpit. Nice idea though!
  6. Trim? CofG? Fuel/Pax loadout?
  7. Doesn't sound right. The TDi features a Thielert diesel motor. That sounds more like a Lycoming...
  8. Which version? It will vary according to v4.5.
  9. Yes, using the Coanda effect to control flow around the tail: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NOTAR Controlling the flow with the assistance of a rotating, vented drum in the tail, hence the shape and size...
  10. As I recall, they flew nose-UP much of the time. Transition to/from forward flight is a funny thing...
  11. Rubbish! It is entirely dependant on the mast position and angle of attack. You WILL notice transitional changes (nose down for acceleration for example). How much helo time do you have in the real world?
  12. Wind and weather hasn't worked in FSX for YEARS, mate. What are you using to generate the weather and windspeed and direction?
  13. That's wrong. You CAN and should run a SSD defrag after installing or reinstalling. Just avoid multiple instances.
  14. Installaton requires MORE than the 23-gig or so for running the sim. Free up more space on the drive.
  15. Wind is often the deciding factor. You land and take off into wind. So you need to know the wind direction for the airfield.
  16. That is NOT a MU-2 Marquise. That is a prior version. The MU-2B-60 has a notable `1/2 Window`in both sides...
  17. The 10% of females at my club have proven themselves to be more than a match for male pilots, every single on of 'em. Some of the WORST pilots I have seen/experienced - FIRST-HAND - have been men... I just asked the female pilots who they prefer flying with and they ALL said other `women`... This discussion is ended as far as I'm concerned - but I'm just a man, so what do I know? Anyone care to name some female operatives who have a different view?
  18. Buy a much better video card, and match it to a better CPU.... and add RAM.
  19. 2nd picture: Is it just me or do the road markings look completely screwed? Left is right and right is... well, wrong!
  20. What is wrong with that picture? Americans drive on the LEFT, unless gray cars have exemptions I'm unfamiliar with...
  21. What sim? I have Saitek rudder pedals and they have not been in the slightest bit troublesome - in P3d and FSX before it.
  22. Latest is 21.7.1, so you are several versions behind... possibly years!
  23. Which specific card - and what current drivers?
