Downwind66
Spirit Airlines! I first met them back in 1998, flew from Detroit, Michigan to West Palm Beach, Florida (might have been Fort Lauderdale?) When I first boarded the aircraft, I noticed one of the overhead storage compartments was duck taped closed. This did not give me a "warm and fuzzy feeling," to say the least. I kept an open mind and the flight went off without any issues, and I flew this airline many more times, very pleased with them! I have to admit none of the aircraft I flew on, looked as nice as the one I am going to present! Nice flying Airbus A319! Rupert
I agree! That looks mighty nice for "Low Fare!" It probably looked that good when the original airline owned it. I like the cockpit too. Michael Being an old chopper guy I usually fly low and slow.

DAVIDSTRAKA
Nice livery compared to the all yellow. I flew them once from DTW to Vegas and back. I recall the seats in the cattle car section really being crammed together. I went to recline my seat after takeoff to get just a little more room and the elderly lady behind me immediately started whining to the flight attendant. So I moved it back up and she still complained about it the whole flight! If I was never told to respect my elders, I would have had words with her!
