Scenery Animation Manager (SAM) is a global X-Plane plugin providing different animations for custom sceneries such as moving jetways, helpful position guidance systems and animated hangars. Airplane related animations can be used with nearly every default as well as third party aircraft. You can check the Aircraft Compatibility List for further details. The plugin requires a correctly configured scenery in order to work. There are several freeware and payware products available. Ordered under the 1936 Naval Programme, she was laid down at the Vickers-Armstrong shipyard at Newcastle upon Tyne in 1937 and launched two years later in 1939. This a re-post of a slightly tidied up Daniel Grimes original. Also credit due to Mr 3D for storing it for so long. This file replaces the default USS Nimitz in X-Plane.     X-Plane Runway Slope Calculator For Windows 1.0.3. This is a simple Windows program that calculates the slope of a runway using a set of predefined values you can easily find in route charts. Intended program use is the Boeing 737-800 TAKEOFF PAGE 2 in the (FMC) Flight Management Computer as shown in the images. Simply unzip (extract) the included file and run the newly created setup file. NB You can easily uninstall this program as you would with any other Windows program.     X-Plane 11 SA-2 SAM Site 1.0. This is an Egyptian SA-2 SAM site as used effectively in the 1973 Yom Kippur war. Made for me by Ray Hill as a mod of his Bloodhound SAM: BRISTOL_BLOODHOUND.ZIP. This is 95 percent Ray's work, as I just added paint and the concept, along with help getting the missiles to lock on and explode. To operate, just switch on the avionics and missile arm, then use the radar range to see the enemy aircraft you've already set up. Use map to click on them if needed to drag them into range. Select next target (define your own keyboard command for this) and the target will turn red on the radar. To select a missile, use 2D mode (shift + W) and click on the missile you want and it will start flashing. Press space bar to fire. Follow its flight with the shift + 7 view, or follow the enemy aircraft with Next Aircraft Keyboard command. You can also use this SAM as a ground target to destroy. By Alan Ashforth.

Very useful at the end of your work in order to cleanup your scenery folder! It requires the MS .NET runtime pack but your system probably prompt you for downloading it. User manual provided in the pack. It doesn't affect your files, just read and report ... Run it, you will be surprised! A lot of commercial sceneries are not so clean! It is based on the cars used by the Schiphol Airport Authority. Because the livery uses just one side, I had to use a registration which could be mirrored. that's why it's A8.     X-Plane 11 Night Lighting Replacement. I decided to create my own set of night lighting effects because I couldn't get the right look for my 4K monitors with Dynamic Settings. I tried using some of the other night lighting edits that are available, but I found most to be too bright. Keep in mind I'm using the "Dynamic settings on my 75" UHDTV monitors and Re-shade - (freeware). My reshade and dynamic settings are included in the download packet. Also included: I've reduced the taxi edgeway and center line lighting, they are no longer visible from tens of miles out! Latest Update - non reshade version enclosed. Note: "version 1.3.5a has been released". Version 1.35a contains both a reshade and non-reshade version of my lighting effects. The Non ReShade version of my lighting effects will require the following: BluFX (freeware) and ITX-D Lights control (freeware), links enclosed in the download. By Michael Swannick.

    X-Plane Water Effects. I decided to re-work the water textures because they didn't look good at all on my 4K screens. The end result is what you see here, I hope you find them useful. 1. Make sure you backup your original files, in case you don't like and/or my files don't work for your setup. 2. Copy the "any.png" file located inside the zipped bitmaps folder into your "X-Plane\Resources\bitmaps\world\water" sub-folder. 3. Copy the "water_effects.lua" file located inside the zipped FlyWithLua folder into your "X-Plane\Resources\plugins\FlyWithLus\Scripts" sub-folder. Wave height at the time of this photo was 20 feet.     X-Plane Backup Scenery Library 3.1.0. This file creates a "backup" sim library for all of the well known and well used public libraries in X-Plane. This file will allow you to load most sceneries which reference third party libraries, even though you may not have the library installed. It will prevent X-Plane from crashing out if it cannot find the library. It is based on ideas and work by Chris k and subsequently Richard Elliott (many thanks to both).
