  1. I was just thinking that these short Flights are a good way to keep the Interest going without requiring a huge amount of hoops to jump through, in keeping with our 'theme'. No worries or having the heebie jeebies about any 'recordkeeping' or being the Showrunner other than suggesting what the Flight is and the Particulars. If you want to start a new Thread in the appropriate Forum like Michael (Rupert) did, go right ahead. How's that sound? Where 'ya gonna find a better deal than that?
  2. I greatly appreciate the assistance from both yourself and Zip!
  3. So, gents... what's next on the Plate? Michael (Rupert) gave us the very fun and short Flight from Queenstown to Milford, so what should we do next? Anyone up for a $100 'Hamburger' Flight somewhere? The 'usual' Rules apply...
  4. I used the "Contact Us" Link at the bottom of the Home Page. Look... not trying to be a PITA here; if the functionality in the Club setting cannot be changed easily I understand, and we'll stick with what we've been doing. Just thought it would be nice to use the Club as a different Venue to promote some cross platform participation as with our previous Challenges is all...
  5. The only Options I have under "Manage Club" are: Edit Club Settings, Invite Members, Reorder Menu and Add Page. Under "Edit Club Settings" there are five options; Name, Description, choose a Club Icon, choose who can see the Club, and a Field for the Rules. Nowhere in this Pull Down Menu does it give you the Option to "turn on" Features such as 'Members can Reply to Topics' or anything of that nature. The Link to the Online Documentation shows Options that the Site Administrator needs to Enable, not the Club Creator. For instance, there are references and options for "Paid Clubs", which don't exist on this Site and Global Settings for the Administrator to set.
  6. Don't know if you saw this one, but Tim Conrad did a PC-21 for Nine...
  7. Thanks for your Offer, Nels! Several of us have sent PM's to the Administrators asking if there's a Feature in the Clubs where Members can both Post and Reply to Threads inside the Club. Right now, only the Club Creator can Post, and there's no mechanism for any Member to either Reply to or create a Post within the Club. Without the Ability for others to Post, the Club space is nothing more than a Billboard. Alan (vp²)
  8. Nope, nary a single Reply regarding our 'issues'. Until then, we're buggering on in both the Nine and FSX Forums, just little stuff at the moment.
  9. Queenstown (NZQN) to Milford Sound (NZMF). FS2004. Aerosoft DHC-2 Beaver. Climbed to the top at 6,500', then dropped down bush pilot style to the runway... sort of. Took me about 35 min. @ 95 kts. Nice Challenge! More, please!
  10. I'm in. Any chance of a Link to the OG Article in Flying magazine? EDIT: Is this the Article? https://www.flyingmag.com/exploring-new-zealands-grand-islands-by-air/
  11. And Johnson McConnell comes full circle...
  12. It isn't us, or our Browsers... it's this Site.
  13. Did 'ya get the special Certificate?
  14. A nice envisioning of the future, for sure. I just don't trust the Technology quite yet, though. Cost of Mogas vs.100LL vs. Jet-A is definitely a big factor, I figure. Guess I'll have to learn how to make Frybread and make that Navajo Burger the old fashioned way! Glad I have the Sim so I can make the flight to Farmington...
